. . .and then I saw Mike Bahr's statement about how there's all these people
who are reading the jams but are not writing anything in. So here's my
contribution:
First of all, I find it very reassuring to know that DT makes mistakes and
that they are human. BUT. . .with all this stuff about Labrie's cockiness,
it makes me wonder if he's related to Yngwie Malmsteen. . .

Personally, I think that if DT didnt have keyboards they would lose
something huge. The keyboards add an entire different level to the music. In
fact one of the major disappointments with ACOS was that the keyboards are
mixed too low on some of the more important areas.

Hey all,
I just wanted to say that I am backing Rain King's explaination of
Brandon Lee's death since I saw the same episode of Unsolved

quite technical and it's really inmpoosible to be making all that

show.

I'm pissed about what Zach said about keybordists. I have tiny little Casio
keyboard, and I can play little DT riffs here and there, but I envy all of
you out there who can really play those things. I'm a guitar player, but I
don't think any instrument is unneccesary, especially DT's keyboards. DT
without keys would be like Ozzy without, well, OZZY! Zach, open your mind and
realize that DT wouldn't suck without keys, but they just wouldn't be the
same.

I am writing because I was scammed by Sue Moscardini. She sent out a
HUGE list of boots that she had and was very friendly and understanding. She
also has disappeared off the face of the Earth. I sent her 4 good TDK 90 min.
tapes and got nothing in return. I know at least two other people(Kyle
Mallett, GHSrocker(sp?)) have received the same treatment. If she contacts
you, DO NOT trade with her unless she sends the tapes first. I would like to
know if anyone else has been cheated by her and, for any lawyers out there,
what my legal recourse might be. I don't really care about the tapes or the
material she promised me; I would just like to see her punished. I think
that this kind of scamming by 'Jammers(or former 'Jammers) is the worst kind
of trickery, because I will find it hard to trust other traders in the future
even though I have had many good trades already. If anyone sends you a boot
list that seems too good to be true, contact me and I'll compare it with the
one she sent me. If they're similar, it may mean she has tried again under
a different name. Sorry about the length, but this REALLY burns me.

Hi,
I have urgently been trying to find out *anything* about Mike Portnoy's drum clinics lately by contacting Modern Drummer, Sabian (who is sponsering the clinics), etc. After I heard about the L.A. clinic on Sunday 11/28 I thought he might cruise on over to next door and visit us in Arizona. I have spoke with the lady who sets up all of Mike's clinics and she said that as of now he does not have any planned. He has to do those December gigs 'n junk. Other information that I found out, however, is that he did request clinic dates in Arizona:) I also know that Mapex and Sabian are supposed to both sponsor the event but they said Mapex isn't doing much of anything as of now to support or sponsor. Well, lets just hope he does do some more clinics and hopefully he'll come to Phoenix or something. All you lucky bastards who are going to any of the December shows PLEASE tell Mike (if you get to talk to him) that 'Mark REALLY wants you to do a clinic in Arizona' esp. you guys going to Ytsecon since you'll probably see him. Thanks.bye.

Exactly. I could see it if DT were a thrash band, but they're not. They're a melodic-metal band, and there's no need to place that much emphasis on the rhythm section. I'm sure they could do some interesting things with two guitarists (like Fates Warning), but JP is good enough that another guitarist isn't necessary. DT with 2 guitarists and no keyboardist would be unthinkable, and a 6th band member, well that's just overkill. I wouldn't mind seeing James pick up a guitar and play a little rhythm guitar in some songs though, as someone mentioned, it would keep him from flying around the stage like a madman, although either way I guess he'd make a fool of himself. ;)
Uhm, other recent threads. Derek's distorted organ sound. Am I the only one who doesn't like it that much? IMO, he uses it too much, and when he's not using that, it's usually just piano. I would like to see him use more synth and string sounds (although I guess when overused it can make it sound like heese-pop-metal). A good comparison is the intro to ACOS vs. the Subconscious/DOE version. The part where the keyboards "sound like Erotomania", that sound sticks out too much and drowns out the melody. If you listen to Subconscious though, KM uses a much subtler strings sound, which IMO makes it sound so much better. If Derek were doubling JP's lead there, then I think it would work much better though.
Anyway, different strokes...
>>> 2.) On the same boot, I think LaBrie said it like "Yet Say". is this >>> correct? > >Well, he's Canadian, so his accent makes him say it wrong.
Like since when did we have accents eh?! A lot of the time when James says something to the audience at a show, it sounds like he's putting on some weird fake accent or something. I've never heard any interviews (or met him, though I would've if I hadn't missed Mike Portnoy's drum clinic in Toronto... :( ), but if James talks that way all the time I'd be very surprised. I pronounce it "Yit-see Jam", btw, and I'm Canadian.

Hi, I used to live in East Lansing, MI, but now I'm back to my country Indonesia, incase you don't know where it is, it's just southeast of Singapore in Southeast Asia. I went back home last June, after five months living there, I finally found at least two other DT fans over there, one is my college friend and another one is somebody I don't know that was just wearing DT T shirt at the mall just around the corner in the city, Jakarta. I kind of surprise that DT's Awake is sold in some stores here in Jakarta. They don't have IAW, but that's ok, at least I know that there are some people who like DT/prog metal back here in my homeland.
This is not a DT content. I'd like to know about vids released by King Crimson. I know I can see it from the El.Talk, but right now I'm not able to subscribe to it. Please someone e-mail me for this information?.

A few little things:
1) The "keyboards are unneccessary" comment: It was obviously a joke. Please chill out and try to recognize dry humor. People don't always use "smilies" when their humor is sarcastic or facetious. I can't believe I'm actually explaining this!
2) The top 5 favorite band thing was also a joke. See above. Man, some people on this list are so fucking uptight it's scary.
3) I have no opinion about whether theological discussions belong on this list. I generally ignore such threads, because to my knowledge, nothing I've ever said to a christian has ever changed their mind about the way they believe, and nothing a christian has said to me has certainly ever changed my mind about the way *I* believe. It just ends up going in circles and getting nowhere. It makes no difference to me, or is only mildly entertaining at best.
4) For the record, I have an interview on tape where John Petrucci distinctly pronounces it YIT-say jam. Considering how adamant he is about the proper spelling of the word "Theater" (and rightfully so, methinks), I'd say that's the pronunciation to go with. Or not.
5) Regarding Operation:Revolution: I have news for everyone who believes launching an all-out e-mail and telephone attack on MTV will do anything but waste your time and entertain the people reading the e-mail & answering the phones. MTV is a business, not a public service. MTV doesn't care what progressive rock fans want to see. They make their money from the companies who buy advertising time on their network, who are obviously catering to a very large teenage audience with trendy musical tastes. We could put together the most well-organized campaign in the world to let *MTV* know we want to see more hard rock/metal/prog videos, but I promise you, they don't care what we think. They only care what their advertisers think their target audience thinks. So please understand this: if you want to see MTV program something other than what you're seeing right now, DON'T TELL MTV. Tell their ADVERTISERS. Then tell MTV. Here's what I think MIGHT send a message:
- Somebody needs take the initiative to compile a list of some of MTV's biggest clients (in other words, those companies who run the most commercials on MTV).
- Then, we need to organize a massive, very well-organized petition campaign aimed at those clients. We need to tell them 1) we watch MTV and we care about what they program; 2) we are dissatisfied with MTV's format as it exists right now; 3) we would very much like to see the network focus on MUSIC programming, and moreover, more VARIETY in their music programming, namely, more hard rock, metal, and prog rock videos; 4) we are, via the internet, organizing a massive BOYCOTT against the products/services they are advertising on MTV; 5) we are encouraging others in the non-internet community to join us in boycotting their products/services; 4) we will continue to encourage such a boycott until we are satisfied that MTV is making an attempt to change its format, and 5) we will be communicating the above information to MTV Networks.
- We would need to promote this thing HEAVILY on the net, on as many mailing lists, newsgroups, and listservs as possible. One central organizer would be in charge of drafting the letter, compiling all the "signatures" (e-mail addresses), and sending the information to the companies. If we are to be successful in making any kind of statement, this will be no easy task. We need someone who has the time & energy to do the proper research, promote the hell out of the petition/boycott, gather up the hundreds (hopefully) of "signatures" (e-mail addresses), write up an intelligent, articulate, and persuasive letter to the companies, print out all the names and e-mail addresses, send it all off to the appropriate executives, and follow up on it. This would need to be an ongoing project. If we are to be taken seriously, we need to send a large, clear, strong, persistent statement.
- After all this, we need to send copies of all the stuff we sent to advertisers directly to several departments at MTV Networks, such as the executives in charge of marketing, sales, programming, public relations, etc. It's very important that we make the same statement to both MTV and their clients if we wish to have our collective voice be heard and acknowledged.
- Finally, we would need to actually do what we said we'd do, and that is, ACTUALLY BOYCOTT the products/services in question and keep encouraging others to do the same. We'd also want to do a follow-up petition within a few months to demonstrate that we haven't gone away, that our message continues to be spread far and wide on the internet, and that our numbers are growing. We could write letters to music-oriented magazines in hopes of getting more widespread publicity and support. Etc, etc, etc.
Phew! That got a little long. I didn't expect to go into that much detail, but I got on a roll. Anyway, I want to point out that this is in NO WAY meant to disparage the integrity of the original Operation:Revolution concept. I thought it was a cool idea, and sent e-mail to MTV myself as a matter of fact, just to say I did my part. But if we're REALLY serious about this, we need to undertake something a lot more organized, involved, and let's face it, RUTHLESS. Like I said before, MTV isn't a charitable organization. We need to sock 'em as hard as we can in the pocketbook if we expect to be taken seriously. ANYBODY WITH ME ON THIS???? *pumps is fist in the air repeatedly* :)
Anyway, that's quite enough from me for now. I had some other things to say, but now I've forgotten all about 'em. Oh well.
DREAM ON, brothers and sisters!

Re: The keyboardist who was complaing about the guy who didn't like keyboards and said DT is the most talented band ever.
In all honesty, DT is good but most taleneted ever?? That's a tough thing to be consitering all the great Prog bands that came before them and exist as we speak. I mean, look at Analagard. I think both their musicianship and song-writing is better than DT. From the 70's Yes and King Crimson had just as difficult of licks as DT does. Genesis had better songwriting than all of them. And not to even mention the Italian and German Prog bands like PFM, Magma, and Gryphon would make you dizzy at the complexity of their work. If you want a real shock, check out a National Health album... 40 minutes of music like the instrumental break in Metropolis.
And Prog fans also tend to think that their style is the most complex. I know a jazz bassist who has a fretless bass and can IMPROV more complex lines than Myung has. Not to knock Myung, he's good, he's damn good. I mean, maybe this guy would suck at playing rock, but for jazz he is quite amazing. I remember at one concert the band went into a improv jam, and the bassist wasn't paying attention when the rest of the band started (he was talking to a fan, they're a local band) and so he asked the drummer what key they were in and just started playing these incredibly difficult bass lines. I was floored.
When reading these jams sometimes it seems that most of you are unfamiliar with most progressive music besides Rush, QR, DT and maybe a few other bands. If you guys like metal, I would really suggest you guys try out a King Crimson album, such as In the Court of the Crimson King, Red or Larks' Tongues in Aspic. They'll blow you away. On Red, the song Providence was recored live and is total improved. You'll really be amazed at what some bands can do.
As for the new DT album, I'd also like to see dynamics utilized more. It seems that in most of their songs its bang bang bang away and there is really no volume contrast. ACOS was better about this than say, songs on Awake (Voices, Scarred) but they really need to explore this more.

Ben asked what Megadeth played on Letterman. I saw them play "Tout le Monde" I don't know if they've been on more than once.
Now on to Bafu's comment that DT could play jazz. They are all fantastic musicians (that's why I like them) but there is a lot more that goes into playing jazz, rather than playing jazz-like. For one thing, Berklee started as a school for jazz, but going there for a year does not a jazzer make. You can be a rock guitar major there now, or a myriad of other things. You have to absorb the music of the masters. JP learned Steve Morse solos, you have to do the same with jazz. The biggest aspect of jazz is its feel. It is so much more than reading notes off a page. The music "swings", it makes you move differently in a physical sense, it feels different than rock and classical. I don't know how to explain "swing" in words. When you play jazz, there are things that you automaticaly do that aren't written down. I have no doubt that DT could play the notes, but I wonder if they could do it without sounding too "white", as jazz is "black" and comes from a different cultural tradition. This isn't to say that white men can't jump, just that it's a difference in styles (and none of the previous was meant to be racist, thats just one way to describe it). And when you study jazz you usually start with bebop. Jazz-rock fusion is a whole other story. I'm sure DT could do fusion.

I can't believe there are actually people out there who are willing to criticize a vocalist for expressing some actual EMOTION in his/her delivery! I can't for the life of me imagine why it's a bad thing to hear a singer takes breaths in between phrases, etc. Does it bother you that the strings "squeak" when someone changes chords on an acoustic guitar? Sheesh. To me, the OTHER big production horror on Images & Words (aside from the triggered drum samples, duh) is the over-processed vocal mix. You can barely hear James take a breath on the entire album, and it sounds kinda artificially "perfect." Prater definitely learned a lot about how to produce DT music when he did ACoS, in my opinion. Use dynamic, natural drum sounds, and chill out with the gating on the vocal tracks! How I've always longed to hear a "rough mix" of the I&W sessions so I could hear what the songs might be like in more of the Awake style.
For the record, some of my favorite "breathy" vocalists include: Sebastian Bach, Tori Amos, Alanis Morissette, and Bjork, not that anyone cares. To me, breathy = emotional, expressive, sexy, and HUMAN. So there.

============================================================================ DISCLAIMER: These recordings fall into a grey area of law as an uncopyrighted recording produced in such a manner that at least one facet of the production occurs in a country (namely Italy) in which it is legal to do so. In the USA, it is permissible to sell used import CDs only if they are labeled as such. This is such a CD. Be aware that the various powers-that-be are collecting nothing for this. ============================================================================
Of course, that's all cover-my-butt lawyerspeak. I hope you all will want to be a part of this. I make roughly minimum wage doing it, so you know I'm not out to scam you. In all humility, I appeal to anyone who might not think too kindly of my endeavor, and ask that they might give me the benefit of the doubt on this one. Friends? :)
1. What is Cygnus? 2. What is When Dream And Today Unite? 3. What is Antiquities? 4. What is the release schedule? 5. How can I get my own copy of one of these CDs? 6. Orders received for Acoustic Dreams and When Dream and Today Unite. ============================================================================
1. What is Cygnus?
Hi all! Allow me to introduce myself, if you aren't familiar with me yet. I'm Mike Bahr, humble maker of special-edition CDs. I noticed a lot of the mass-manufactured bootleg offerings were spiralling quite high in price and yet offered little for the die-hard fan, and I concocted a scheme by which I could make around minimum wage by producing CDs on my own, CDs that would fill the demand for REAL rarities and special songs, unreleased items, live shows, and the like.
Basically, since no CD plant will print them for me, I have to rent studio and equipment time and do it myself. So far, it's working. :)
Fortunately, and for this I am very relieved, my Subconscious CD has been incredibly well-received by the net community, especially the Ytsejam mailing list. Then, I received a great response from Acoustic Dreams, and that pretty much settles the question of whether I'm going to keep doing this or not. :)
And now, I do have copies of Rush "Cygnus" CD remaining. There are not many. I implore you to get one now before they're gone, if you're a Rush fan and want this collector's item CD.
It is a Rush recording from the mystical Hemispheres tour of 1978. I still have some copies available. It was recorded from a soundboard reel and the quality is comparable to that of Electric Ladyland '74. It's full stereo and the bass and vocals are very clear, the effects very defined, but the drum sound has heard better days. It's still better than 99% of all the Rush shows on tape, I can attest to that specifically. :)
Track listing:
1. Anthem 2. A Passage to Bangkok 3. By-Tor and the Snow Dog -> i. At the Tobes of Hades ii. Across the Styx iii. Of the Battle 4. Xanadu 5. Something For Nothing (glitch at end, missing nearly nothing) 6. The Trees 7. Cygnus X-1 (dropout at end, missing last 16 secs before bells) 8. Cygnus X-1 Book II: Hemispheres i. Prelude ii. Apollo iii. Dionysus iv. Armageddon (dropout at end, missing ~40 secs of closing) v. Cygnus vi. The Sphere 9. Circumstances 10. A Farewell to Kings
The dropouts aren't a big deal really, but in the interest of honesty I am pointing them out. They were on the master reel. Also, like Subconscious and Acoustic Dreams, this CD does not bear the name "Rush". It says "Cygnus" on the label and lists cover credits. Don't be fooled; it's Rush, just like the others are DT. It's for legal reasons. Before Italy started making boots in 1991, all US vinyl boots were the same way.
2. What is When Dream and Today Unite?
This work, still in production, contains all the songs from When Dream and Day Unite, only performed live with James LaBrie at the helm. It should be released around Christmas. Here's the tracklisting:
1. A Fortune In Lies 2. Status Seeker 3. Ytsejam 4. Another Hand/The Killing Hand 5. Light Fuse and Get Away 6. Mission Impossible 7. Afterlife 8. The Ones Who Help to Set the Sun 9. Only A Matter Of Time 10. March of the Tyrant 11. To Live Forever 12. Moon Bubbles
I've already begun accepting early orders for this, if you don't mind the wait. The details on ordering are below.
All the performances from this, as many as could be, are from original performances not common on bootlegs. I did not use Live at the Marquee, Dance of Eternity, Lost in the Sky, or others like them, except that Status Seeker was only available in good quality on Dream Out Loud. I'll post a full source list when the CD gets spread around a bit as far as distribution.
I'm currently in the process of creating the CDs themselves. They were sent for printing, emulsion inks, packaging, and liner printing at the end of November, setting me up for a Christmas release. The CD printing plants are a bit overbooked just now because of the spring release schedules, so this might take a little longer... but I expect no undue problems. After all, somehow, Acoustic Dreams made it out on schedule, hard as it was.
3. What is Antiquities?
This one is just now taking shape from being a primordial ooze of proteins and algae into a finished, gleaming, streamlined CD. I'll have more details on it here as it gets developed. The master tapes are already being prepared to be made into a single master, and I've got an artist hard at work on the cover, as well as contracting for CD plant pressing time. Man, it sucks to have to do stuff this far in advance to get a CD out on time! :)
So far, loosely slated for inclusion are:
. A Change of Seasons with Chris Cintron on vocals, demo . The remaining (not already released by me) vocalist auditions . The outtakes from Live at the Marquee (Glass Moon, Ytsejam) . A handful of errata, extra stuff, weird edits, and the like.
4. What is the release schedule?
Here is the current schedule of releases as I see it (all dates estimated):

Collected from MANY sources and optimized for quality. Dream Theater "Antiquities" To be released 02/15/1996 - Limited print of 500 copies. Each copy will be hand signed/numbered for authenticity. Will contain vocalist auditions, demos, errata, outtakes, unfinished works, unreleased tracks, and the like. Rush "Legends" Details TBA - Limited print of 500 copies, MIGHT be 2CD set. Each copy will probably be authenticated. This is to be Prism Records' first collaborative effort, brought to you by myself and Scott Hansen. Contains a SOUNDBOARD SHOW FROM THE COUNTERPARTS TOUR! YEAH! Dream Theater "Scenes From a Memory" Details TBA - Limited print of 500 copies. Each copy will be hand signed/numbered for authenticity. This could wind up being any of four or five different shows or song collections, as there are a few soundboard tapes I'm working on to try and get a good sound out of them. Public Affection "The Death of a Dictionary" Details TBA - Unlimited print Is actually +Live+'s little-known first album, released in 1989, two years before their 1991 breakthrough Mental Jewelry. Demand for this one is skyrocketing, and the Jam gets first shot at it. The only thing stopping it right at the moment is the overwhelming demand for the DT discs and the lack of manpower on my end. This *will* be released before too much longer.
The following are all "Work in Progress" releases... Rush "A Symptom of Life" - from 12/20/81 2nd gen soundboard Rush "Concordant Crossroads" - from 3/24/81 audience MASTER in stereo Rush "The Age of Wonders" - from a remastered 6/25/75 Toronto +Live+ "Disenchanting Discourse" - from a 10/25/94 audience MASTER in stereo Type O-Negative "Deathgrip" - from a 5/30/94 audience MASTER in stereo Van Halen - "Summer Nights" - from a 4/1/95 digital audience MASTER in stereo King's X - "Spiritlinked" - from an old FM radio show from 1993 or 1992. Dream Theater... oh who knows, there's so much good stuff.
5. How can I order a copy of one of these CDs?
As stated before, I'm already shipping the CDs by and by. I ship orders in the order I received your checks, so those of you who sent your mail around when ordering began, those will be the first CDs out the door. I usually get a couple dozen a day into the mail. Be sure to correct this against the release schedule... e.g. I'm caught up on Cygnus so those will turn around fast. Acoustic Dreams is still in a queue and I'm crankin those out as fast as possible. WDATU is still in pre-order and won't ship until the end of December anyhow.
Feel free to e-mail me to reserve a copy for you, so that your mail will have a copy allocated to it already (and not be a victim of "no-more- disc-syndrome").
The numbering, excepting special requests when possible, will fill in the order I receive the mail orders. It's only fair after all. I'll reserve a copy for someone over e-mail, but if thirty people get their orders in before he or she does, it's not fair for me to still hold copy #014 or whatever. You all get the idea... these decisions are just in the effort to make it fair for all.
Note: Cygnus was not numbered, nor will Public Affection be. All others so far are numbered for authenticity.
Please, I stress to all of you, don't miss these if you missed Subconscious and Acoustic Dreams. It really does pain me to have to tell a fellow DT fan that there simply aren't any more Sub discs to be had, especially because I would be MORE than glad to sell one if I had it.
The pricing for all the CDs so far is as follows ($2 discount for Cygnus if you're on the Jam.)
Base cost: $25.00 US Additional postage USA free Additional postage Canada / Mex $1.00 US Additional postage Scandinavia $3.00 US * Additional postage Europe / UK $4.00 US Additional postage Japan $5.00 US Additional postage Aus/NZ/etc. $5.00 US
* Scandinavia includes Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark. For some reason postal rates are lower than for mainland Europe or the UK.
Postal rates were changed, but the postage cost MUST ONLY BE PAID ONCE. If you live in Europe and you order 4 discs, the cost is $104.00 US ($25.00 x 4, plus $4.00 postage) and not $116.00 US. Thus, if you have friends who want copies, I am more than willing to help you out. :) So no matter how many CDs you want, only add the postage cost Once.
Things are pretty simple from here. Send along a money order for $25 bucks to my address, being sure to include a note with your name, the address to ship to, your email address, and WHICH CDs you're ordering so I know which ones to send you...... and HOW MANY you're ordering. As before, international customers may use whatever means of payment is most convenient for them, though I stress that sending cash is risky and should not be a first option, but a backup plan. :) CHECKS: I don't really mind them, but in the effort to be seen as a serious and responsible net merchant, I always recommend the traceable-both-ways Money Order as a preferred form of payment. So while checks are perfectly OK, they may or may not be the option you choose to take. Some people ask WHY a money order is better... they're equally traceable, but the penalties are very severe for money order fraud and they're not too bad for checks.
Please make out checks and money orders to me, Michael Bahr.
The address and so on is me at:

My home telephone number, available as a courtesy to you, is 1-602-777-0501. I am usually not home on weekends (band practice) so try during the week, between 6pm and 11pm pacific time, for best results. Also, please use discretion when handling this number, as it is, after all, my own home phone, and I will be very confused if a stranger calls at 3:00 AM. :) I trust you Jammers to be cool about it, as you always have in the past. Also... watch your time zones! I had one fellow calling at 6:00 AM. Owch!
Oh, one more thing, people. Don't call me asking if I have any extra copies of Acoustic Dreams "just set aside for the people who call." I don't. I reserved/sold them ALL off. Unless I say there are more copies available, there aren't any. It was sort of insulting for people to ask that over the phone, as though I was going to give away a reserved copy just because someone had me on the phone at the time.
6. Orders received.
READ THE PARAGRAPH BELOW. A LOT OF YOU DID NOT READ IT AND MAILED ME WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING IT. READ IT.
This is NOT "reservations"... it's paid-for orders. If you have a reservation, it's still valid, trust me. :) These are just the numbers that are filled. Also there are a handful of "saved numbers" in there.

Prototypes: Sean Brady, Neil Elliott, Graham Borland, a handful of others
Information: The orders for Kaoru and Stephane are being bought as a group order for others in their home country, not a huge order to keep for later. So those of you who may have missed out, don't misunderstand and think that I was letting people buy out all the copies and keep them from the rest of the fans... quite the opposite: Kaoru and Stephane got copies to people who didn't have a chance to order it themselves, or when it was too costly.
When Dream and Today Unite orders received: (I'm still trying to get this right. Mention it to me if I biffed.)
* reserved but not paid. All others are paid. THE ONLY RESERVED ORDERS LISTED ARE THOSE FOR GROUPS. OTHERWISE ONLY PAID ORDERS ARE LISTED. Sorry I was not clear about this before.
