I thought that was Al's middle of the road system. I'm pretty
sure his dream system cost 2.02 million. ;-)

.. and my eternal, it seems, PR campaign to obtain exposure, honest opinions, critical acclaim, and a skillion dollars (well, that certainly was somewhat of an over statement), my CD and the applicable sound samples are available, officially, as follows:

Anyhow, thanks, for everyone's succinct response to the 4-1-1 of the current status of the inhabitants of this list. I am slightly overcoming initial shock but I can sense the fact that sometimes the grass is greener and more chemically-induced on the other side...

Not to slip in my 10.45" here, but the definition of 'audiophile' is one interested in sound and sound production. It doesn't necessarily correspond with a definitive agreement by all that digital is inferior to audio, although the majority of the spund professionals out there may form that consensus. I for one find that egregious. I think the merits of both resound with pro's and con's, though I do prefer digital myself, I won't slander analog (especially since there is an incredible RUSH song using that nomenclature in the title). However, I am just positing my opinion on said matters, and as such, I still prefer chocolate, though vanilla seems to be, from what I've gathered, the prefered flavor of the masses...
And as for the new QR, DT and IG CD's... my take on the matter is I have never been a fan of live CD's, so there's two out of the three I probably WON'T be purchasing, but since I already own the IG CD, it's a definite dissapointment compared to the first 3, but picks up somewhat towards the end.
- Thanks,
Dandy fop & pimpernell, Scott

Did anyone see Geoff on VH1 Rock 'n Roll Jeopardy last
weekend? He looked like he was in good shape, but he
was pretty slow with the answers (understandable in
that high-stress trivia situation). Scott Ian of
Anthrax ripped Geoff and the other player apart...of
course Scott has no problem being a media ham...so he
must have been relaxed. ;o)
