Not yet, but thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I stopped shopping at Tower a few years ago simply because I was
disgusted with their prices. You may find this interesting:

Interesting... I just read an article in the paper last week
that Tower is kind of in trouble as their sales are dropping.
Could there be a correlation, hmmmm??

I've been into a Fry's like once. 7 years ago. How is their
selection? I might have to go in there as there's one right by
    my work.

Hey, guys, I know some of you are really into web development, and I was
    wondering what
web forums you thought had really good designs as far as ease of use is
    concerned.

I ask this, because I tend to frequent forums.crosswalk.com, have
    registered at x-files.com and
vbpj.com and just now at mikeportnoy.com and I notice that crosswalk's
    design seems to be
better than the others (especially vbpj.com & x-files.com)
    mikeportnoy.com is good, though :-)

btw, this is in no way, shape, or form intended to be a plug for
    crosswalk, or an attempt to
evangelize (it's a christian web site) - I'm just curious about what
    other people think of
the design of various web forums.

(DTC) G3 in NYC saturday night, BABY!!!!

Hello! Alright, I have two Bela Fleck albums (Ufo Tofu and Flying Hippo),
and I really like them a lot. But I have one huge question: what the hell
is a synthaxe drumitar? I mean, I can see what it is because there's a
picture of Roy with it, but how the hell is it played? Anybody know?

It's a heavily modified MIDI drum-pad. Futureman hits pads on the neck and
base part simultaneously (with both hands) to simulate a drumkit. And he
does a fairly decent job of it too...though, honestly, I wouldn't mind it
if he played a real drumkit... ('Course then they wouldn't be the
Flecktones.) Live, he supplements the drumitar with some non-digital
    percussionery, cymbals and whatnot.

Email and newsgroups are the best forums. Infinitely better than any web forum, in my opinion. We had a discussion about this on the list a couple of months ago, in a thread entitled "Email vs Forums" if you care to look in the archives.

Plz tell me exactly why and how Gibbons sucked, I know the man's sometimes a bit out of shape nowadays, but really.... his original solo in La Grange is probably more meaningful than the rest of the notes played that evening. Thou shalt not do Hendrix covers if thou are not SRV!

thats weird, Tower here in new orleans, pretty much everything is 11.99 or less (new relases like 15.99) It all depends I guess all 3 PoS cd's were 14.99. All Savatage was 9.99 except Poets....

G3 in Houtson Kicked ass. Worth the drive definately. Satch was great. I picked up his 2 cd live thingie. JP was awesome. I didnt care too much for Vai. I like him in small doses, but live he seems to much show. the hair blowin back, give me a break. Just my opinion. Billy and Virgil rule.

Yeah, baby! Last time we ruled that the Ytsejam is the bomb, and it's our home, and if you'd rather be on MP's forum you can go over to MP's forum, good riddance. Let's face it: the 'Jam is easier, cooler, and just overall better than any web forum. THE YTSEJAM RULES!
