Have you confirmed via a process manager (such as "Another Task
Manager" http://idic.caos.it/atm/higheng.html) that webhancer is actually
not running? Just checking... :)

Did it work for you? It sounds like it works sometimes but
not others. AdAware is probably a safer alternative.
