    hey there jammers,
just thought i'd toss this out there & see if anyone bites: has
the new magellan album come out yet?? if so, does anyone have it, & what
is it like? curious to see what they've done recently. the only one i
have from them is "Test of Wills", and it's pretty decent. don't know if
there are many magellan fans on the list, but i thought i'd give it a
    whirl anyway.
also, if any of you are looking for a good, solid, dark rock &
roll album with a blues feel, i highly suggest "Addiction" by the one and
only Glenn Hughes. fantastic stuff, but not as bluesy as some of you
might expect. for the most part it's pretty heavy & dark, with lots of
crunching guitar & bass lines, with Hughes's ever soulful, crunching voice
fitting in perfectly. for those looking for a solid dark-rock/blues
    album, deffinetly a winner.

About Speak to Me(is that the song you were looking for?forgot)
Anyway,i believe there were different versions of the hollow
years single.3 if i'm not mistaken. Some of the songs that didn't make
it to FII can be found there as well.
And i happen to like the studio version of Speak to Me.What i don't
like that much is the studio version of Cover My Eyes. The 5YIAL
version is great though!Or it was, last time i watched the video.

    see yeh

PS:DT have song videos for each of their studio full length releases
    (except WDAU).Nothing from SFAM.Is there a chance we'll
be seeing parts of the DVD on air,or what?

Guess i was mistaken.Checked the Dt discography and you can
only find "The way it used to be" on those singles. And they're 2
    after all.
BTW,has anyone heard of a band called Warlord?
They were formed in the early 80s i think (someone correct this).
Heard something on TV about a re-union but my hearing's not
what it used to be so someone has to tie these together:
    Warlord-reunion-Zonder-members of Hammerfall-old songs+
    new material.
     Any ideas?

Either they're reforming with members of Hammerfall in the band (like KC or
the dregs) or they're touring with em. Hammerfall were huge Warlord fans,
and covered one of their songs on their first album.

I am one of those people that needs to post from any address. I could
probably find a way around it, but it's a serious pain.

Honestly though, one spam in a whole digest doesn't bother me at all. Half
spam in a digest doesn't bother me at all. Even if I were in ack mode, I
wouldn't care. In the past seven days, I've gotten 95 spam emails anyway,
so a couple more don't bother me in the least.

I'm actually amused how up in arms everyone is about the spam considering
it's not like we don't all get spam ANYWAY and just completely ignore it.
Ahhhh well. I suppose I could mess around and screw with my email and blah
blah blah just to stop the complaining. That is, of course, if SKADZ CAVES.

Hmmm. I need to write my review of the DVD pretty soon for
    http://whitetrashdevil.com -- it'll be a little late, but that's the way I
    do things. Ahhh well.

Last week's Metal Update said this about it:

    >WARLORD >drummer Mark Zonder (Fates Warning), guitarist William Tsamis (Lordian) and >keyboardist Diane Kornarens have reunited to revive this truly classic metal >act - Joacim Cans (Hammerfall) has been invited into the fold as vocalist

Well, there's _one_ person against posting restrictions. How many for them?

I'm in ACK mode, I care. In the last 24 hours I've received three spam, all from this list. No where else.

    > I'm actually amused how up in arms everyone is about the spam considering > it's not like we don't all get spam ANYWAY and just completely ignore it. > Ahhhh well. I suppose I could mess around and screw with my email and blah > blah blah just to stop the complaining. That is, of course, if SKADZ CAVES.

I take many measures to keep from getting spam. I own my own domain, so I give explicit email addresses when I have to sign up for things. Addresses like cdnow@klindt.org, ebay@klindt.org, usenet@klindt.org. I had to get rid of my previous email address, pendragn@netins.net, because of the unmanageable amount of spam it received. The YtseSpam just adds to an already unnecessary pain in my ass.

Skadz said he was going to put the SPAM filters in place a couple of weeks ago. I received eight YtseSpams in the last three days. That would be zero YtseSpams if there were posting restrictions.

I love the dvd. Everything is great about it. DT did an awesome job with the show, the production, editing, mixing (shirley) and the whole package. The audio commentary is classic. MP and JP are great comedians. Its good to be alive .
