.. but it never went through. It seems my sub
problems are not yet over. .. :(

Hello everyone!! Long time, no post. As a matter of
fact, I had to resubscribe, since my email address was
having some serious malcontent with torchsong,
apparently. Now I just have to talk to Skadz to make
    sure that I don't get double-jams every day :)

    >My Dying Bride--The Dreadful Hours and (as I am sure >Now you can say what you want about My Dying Bride >and the last couple of albums. Personally I didn't >like them much. Actually, I can say next to nothing about My Dying Bride, never having heard any of their stuff, but that description (okay, I admit it, the Type O reference) makes me think I'd be really curious about this one. Thanks for the note, I'm off to add that to my extensive "to listen/buy" list.

    >the good news about this is the fact that the >director, producer, etc. have been working hand-in->hand with the Tolkein estate to ensure it's as >true to the written works as absolutely possible.

Sweet!! I cannot WAIT until this one hits theaters. Printed word cannot convey the sense of anticipation that I feel (or how often I jump up and down when talking about this movie, hehe). Hey, Cyberwolf, if you have the link to that new and long trailer, could you send that to me? Privately, if you like, since it's totally OT, but I really would like to see it. Thanks!

    >Kez >P.S. Hi Alex! Do you really still read? hehe

Wassup! :) Here I yam! And you thought you could escape... (I am actually going to answer your email, just not, um, today :)

My ytsejam was on my old school email address and inhibited my actual posting for a while, but hopefully that will change now.

    Alex

It's fantastic: dark, moody, atmpospheric, depressing, moving. Everything I like in an album. :-)

All this talk about ark convinced me to buy the first one unheard. So I ordered it from Lasers edge. Listened to it or should I say attempted to listen to it for about a week..... and I'm sorry to say I now have: For Sale:

    ARK 1st CD $ 8.00 includes shipping to U.S.

Sounds too much like an over percussive Whitesnake for me. Never did like David Coverdale.....

However I have all of Conception and really like them, but this is nothing like that.

Email me if ya want it....

    Wilmo

OMG come on, take a proper listen, it's one of the most progressive albums you'll ever hear. I am guessing that you listened to it maybe once ? It takes many plays to get into this stuff, there is a lot of complex stuff going on.
