Released in '93. You should be able to get a copy in any music store.
Although I seriously doubt that it's no longer available for purchase, there's
always that good old saying: "Gather ye rosebuds while ye may"... So get
    movin'!! :)

How the hell can you complain about the packaging?!? The f****** CD hasn't been released here (Europe) yet!! Neither the DVD!!

If you're complaining, then what should I do?

Easy I have every right to complain if I'm not satisfied with what I got for my money.

Nor has anything being released in Australia, ever heard on buying these items through the net ?

MG> If you're complaining, then what should I do?

Then you should have ordered online and you would have had the CD and DVD already :)

However, i would have to say that the top of that list for me would have to be King Crimson's "Cirkus". It's sub-labeled "The Young Person's Guide To King Crimson LIVE". it is a open from the middle cardboard case in the same style as the old double-vinyl record sleeves, complete with individual cd inner-sleeves. this would be a novel idea if it weren't for the fact that the cd's & their inner sleeves always slide out of the casing. it's just a very awkward configuration for a double disc, as anyone else on this list that is a KC fan that has this will attest to. until you see it for yourself, i'm sure you'll stick to your claim of LSFNY, but IMHO, this has it beat hands down.

    peace, eric

I haven't as yet seen the packaging for myself, but from what I'm hearing, maybe they should have gone with a similar packaging to Iced Earth's "Alive In Athens" triple cd, then again, it's a hybrid half jewel case/cardboard package so maybe cost would have been a factor there... it's definately well designed for a triple cd though.

    Hey all,

Checked out CDNow and saw a listing for "Live Metropolis 2 (Bonus Tracks)" for like 67 bucks, comes out October 6. No info on it, no track listing, no country of origin, so I'm guessing Japanese because of the price and the bonus tracks? Anyway, anybody heard of this, know what these bonus tracks are? I had understood that LSFNY was the entire set...so any clues on this one? Other than that, just saw Devin Townsend at the Roxy in LA with the SYL guys, it was awesome (Nevermore, Shadows Fall, Skinlab, Eyehategod, and Scar Culture also performed)...I wound up hanging out with him in his hotel room the night before the gig, he turned out to be a super cool guy, I hadn't known he's used open C tuning for all his releases (except Physicist)...the dude even handed me his guitar and told me to try it out, I was all "I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy!" in my head. Anyway, any Devin Townsend fans who haven't heard Terria yet, go get it, it's very cool, as you would expect. Anyway...ALL HAIL THE NEW FLESH!

Wait until you get the package and decide for yourself.

Personally I don't care what kind of packaging CDs have. As long as they are released and in my hands, who cares. It's a non-issue. The CDs still play the same.

I'm hoping to come up from Champaign to see them play at the Metro on Nov 3. Is the Metro a GA or seated venue? Anyone here going?
