    Interestingly enough, and probably a very obscure comment, but I enjoy immensely, the fact that part of my new 'ID' is showing up in the 'From' line as the
    prefix: =?iso-8859-1?Q?Se=F1or Scott Mosher <ninja@mindspring.com> . What the hell is '=?iso-8859-1?Q?Se=F1' ? OR Scott Mosher? Damn, have I been relegated
    to the back of the bus, gus, or what? Anyhow, the name SHOULD read as follows: "Seqor Scott Mosher". I guess those special characters are not appreciated by
    the digest infrastructure, but since I've been getting so many requests and comments on what "=?iso-8859-1?Q?Se=F1" translates out to in modern english, I
    just had to respond.

    Ok back to your other daily unobtrusive, inane and intellectually unsupported off-topic threads!

    Ok, take a deep breath and relax... I was there also, I drove 1100 km both
    ways from Pula, Croatia to Milan. But I don't go replying to a whole digest
    :-). By the way, although your "ears were in heaven" they sure as hell
    didn't hear Biaxident... they played Another Dimension in its entirety. I
    loved how Jordan arranged the clean guitar part of MoP for piano... it
    sounded better than the Metallica version. Although James kept looking at
    the paper on the floor because he didn't memorize the lyrics :-)). Ahhh, the
    concert was fabolous, my second time seeing DT... words cannot describe the
    feeling. Guys & girls, you're in for a treat!

    p.s. Pain of Salvation were brilliant!

    The JR and JP live album sounds very different from DT
    or LTE, although some songs do sound like State of
    Grace or Hourglass. If you've heard 6DoIT, then you
    may have an idea of what it sounds like if you listen
    to the acoustic solos on the song Solitary Shell.
    Take away the drums and the bass guitar, and that's
    what the JR JP album sounds like. It sounds like
    progressive jazz.

    I read the reviews on metal judgement, and that was
    the first time I've read a negative review about
    6DoIT. I guess it's impossible for an album to go
    without somebody having a negative opinion about it.

    For anybody who really gives a shit, if anybody is going to the Kings X
    show on Monday at the Roxy, my girlfriend's band is opening up for them.
    They are called Seven13. My girlfriend is the redhead that is dancing. This
    is what she told me, so if you all see her, tell me about the show. She
    doesn't really know who Kings X is, and since I can't even spell the name
    of the band, I guess neither do I, although I have heard some of their stuff.

    Basically, yes.

    I've been breaking it down as (7+6)/8, which works out to the same thing, but points out the distinct 7- and 6-beat phrases. I count it like this:

    *1* 2 *3* 4 *5* 6 7 *1* 2 *3* 4 *5* 6 (repeat)

    Asterisks are to indicate emphasis on the beats. Your mileage may vary and stuff.
