My guess would be that Kevin Moore finally accepted to come do a song or 2
and comes back to do Surrounded and Wait For Sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I read that. They can do that, but I don't have
to buy the product. Anything that isn't specifically
defined as criminally "illegal" is legal. (i.e.
Drinking Cranberry juice isn't defined as legal or
illegal, thus it's legal.) The record companies
anti-copying techniques aren't illegal. And making
copies of purchased media for personnel use has always
been excluded from (criminal) legislation, AFAIK. As
the legislation you referenced states, home copies
(noncommercial use) are specifically excluded from
    civil lawsuits.

So both anti-copying techniques and home copying are
legal. Which is great, leave the law (and lawyers)
    out.

But like I said, I will return any dvd or cd that I
can't copy for my own use. I'll just call it defective
(which it is to me). Heck, I may go through the
process 20 times (exchange/return/repeat) trying to
get a good one. That's how copy protection on standard
VHS was defeated. Too many people returned them as
"defective". (In that case, the technology was a
little "buggy", and some VCR's couldn't play the
    original).

I like to make greatest hits cdr's from discs I have
purchased. If they prevent me from making copies of my
purchased material, I guess the industry would prefer
I use pirated MP3's instead, and not even buy the
    original?

    Let the market decide...

I also doubt another live album this soon. I've also heard that they're going to mix up setlists on this tour a little more than on previous tours (thank god), so I don't think a different setlist is, in itself, the "special" event. My guess is that they're going to play Six Degrees of Inner Turbulance in its entirety..

Yay! My wife really wants to go see her brother, sister-in-law and
nephew in Wash. D.C and she is planning a trip for the end of March and
I wasn't really exited to go, but then I looked at the DT tour dates and
now I will have at least one good night there! :)
Anybody know when tix go on sale for DC?

Trevor will get to see DT cuz they won't come to Seattle anymore.

From how I understand it, Mike's mentioned that every show will have a very
different setlist - it's not just gonna be when they do two shows in the
    same city.

BTW, I think I'll be going home for a visit (Milwaukee) so that I can make
sure to catch the Chicago shows as well! :-P

Another way around this issue, even though it may be a long bow to draw, is
to copy your cd's from your stereo directly/digitally to a Mini Disc player
and then transfer to your PC and burn the cd that way.
