Two things:
1. "Irregardless" is not a word.
2. If you like Enchant, check out Mine!, an Enchant/Fates inspired band
from Seattle. http://www.minerock.com/
ok, three.
If you're looking for more of a DT meets NIN check out Chiaroscuro, also
from Seattle.

FYI, the Denver show was incredible. THANK YOU DT!!!
Anyway, did anyone notice Tom Martino at the Denver Show? I was absolutely
amazed to see him there. Almost the last person that I would expect to see
at a DT show. For everyone that does not know who he is, well he is a
consumer advocate and radio/television show host. I guess that he is
syndicated across the US.
I was trying to find if he submitted a write up of the show anywhere.
Anyone find one?
Eric
P.S. Don't miss this show.

Wow, great article Al.
Thanks a ton for posting that. A cool read, and it seems the author has at
least a bit of respect for the band and it's "genre".
And nice to see you still around, Al.

Has anyone been finding the Gold Foil limited edition version of WDADU
out there?? I was hoping that the record label didn't give all 5,000
copies to CDNOW or something, and that they sent some to record stores
as well. I found a few copies yesterday, but they were numbered in the
9,000's. My search will continue later today.

Hey All...
</lurk>
**SPOILERS**
**SPOILERS**
**SPOILERS**
**SPOILERS**
Here's the setlist from the Kansas City show which some major ass!
Finally Free outro (taped)
The Glass Prison
Strange Deja Vu
Through My Words
Fatal Tragedy
Under A Glass Moon
Jordan Rudess Key Solo which led right into
Lines In The Sand (demo version) (Jordan almost has Derek's distorted guitar
lead sound nailed -- this blew me away!)
Misunderstood
Lie w/extended jam
The Spirit Carries On
Take The Time (w/excerpt from By Tor)
*Intermission*
Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence (w/ the taped intro that had no guitars,
bass, or drums... just Jordans track. It was great to hear what he actually
plays on that and I understand now why they went with tape instead of
actually attempting it. And this whole song just totally ruled!)
Encore:
Home
Hollow Years
Pull Me Under
A couple things to note about this concert...
1. During Misunderstood, one of the monitors on the end by John Myung caught
on fire! Once Portnoy saw this, he grabbed his microphone (while still
playing drums) and did his Beavis impression -- "Fire! Fire! Fire!" There
was no stopping Portnoy from having loads of fun last nite!
2. During the extended jam in Lie, Mike (once again!) was throwing one of
drum sticks back and forth with one of the sound guys on the side of the
stage. Crazy!
Overall, this concert kicked so much ass!!!!! Petrucci was "ON" all nite!
Does this man ever loose his edge? Think not! James was amazing as well. He
kept his voice and composure all nite. Myung is not just a bass god, but
*THE* bass god. And at a couple points in time he actually smiled and at
others he MOVED! Jordan's new rotating keyboard stand is cool and (of
course) he played flawlessly throughout 99% of the nite. And last, but not
least, they all looked like they were having fun. Which made my experience
even better.
My one (and only!) gripe with this concert is that it was a bit loud. That's
it, that's all. Other than that, the concert, venue, and crowd were amazing.
And after the concert, I got to meet and get pics with LaBrie, Rudess, and
Myung. For some reason, Petrucci and Portnoy were nowhere to be seen, but
that's for the next leg of the tour through the US.

What a horrible thing this English language is! Why is it that,
although 'ir' is a legitimate prefix, 'regard' a meaningful root, and
'less' is a commonly-used suffix, 'irregardless' is not a word?
'Regardless' is a word, and 'ir' is a properly assimilated form of
'in', so there really is no problem with 'irregardless'
grammatically... it boggles my mind...
(By the way, 'irregardless' IS a word in the American English, albeit
merely a comical redundancy for its affirming counterpart.)

Hi!
March 12th is for France only. The "rest of the world" will have to
wait about 2 months or so. But we will maybe offer the album already
on our homepage next week! We have to discuss this with our
record companies first. Not everything is set up yet but will be
soon. So I can only ask you to be a little patient... I know... you
have already been patient for a very long time. :) I will announce
it both on our website and here on the jam when the album is
available.
Greetings
Bernd

Yep. Here's some useless trivia from Dictionary.com:
>>>
Usage Note: Irregardless is a word that many mistakenly believe to be
correct usage in formal style, when in fact it is used chiefly in
nonstandard speech or casual writing. Coined in the United States in the
early 20th century, it has met with a blizzard of condemnation for being an
improper yoking of irrespective and regardless and for the logical
absurdity of combining the negative ir- prefix and -less suffix in a single
term. Although one might reasonably argue that it is no different from
words with redundant affixes like debone and unravel, it has been
considered a blunder for decades and will probably continue to be so.
>>>
English rules.

Hi Bernd! Is it possible that USA fans could once again send money to one
individual who will gather several pre-orders and when a certain amount is
reached, the order will be placed at one time for the new CD? Also, can it
be autographed like Younique was ? That was cool.
Thanks!
