What's this one about? Anything like Ayreon?

I can't wait to hear this. It's like the ultimate fusion power trio (sorry, Vital Tech Tones and Gambale/Hamm/Smith) - Greg Howe, Victor Wooten and the incredible Dennis Chambers on drums. Howe has long been one of my very favorite guitarists; his self-titled debut album with Billy Sheehan and Atma Anur still blows me away to this day.

It's about Sci-Fi movies, *snicker*, and it's exactly like Ayreon.

I sent this review earlier but apparently it didn't get through. Buy Ultima Ratio! These guys just keep bettering themselves as they go. A great concept album that has even better production. How do you guys do it? This thing is growing on me and I think it will have a good longevity factor. Bernd and the boys have outdone themselves. Now, we want a US tour to support the CD! BUY IT! DT content: I hope they come to SLC on this second leg. Jeez, we can book the f*&%ing Olympics but not DT? Come on, gimme a break! Wilmo

Yeah, I'm looking forward to receiving my Superior CD (Ultima Ratio) in the next couple of days... just got the note from Mark Metzger that it is in the mail. I think "eager anticipation" is an understatement here :)

    >Some U.S. distribution is supposed to be on the way -->Bernd, any update on this? I know who you were >talking to, but hadn't heard any further details.....

I thought something had been resolved/changed on that front too, but my short term memory fails me...

Also ordered the Star One CD; that's in my rather large Laser's Edge haul that I am also eagerly awaiting... along with some other tasty goodies (Remedy Lane, In Search of Truth...). I can't wait to hear this one. I'll let you all know what I think - I know you're waiting with bated breath :)

    TGIF! Alex
