Ok, I've got nothing to say about Ra, but reading the ytsejam reminded me of
the recent conversations about Ra, and I just felt like saying the name -
"Ra" - it's a pretty cool name. It sounds powerful
    </rambling>

    anyways....

    >You met petrucci????
    >Damn you =)

He signed my guitar, along w/ almost everybody else on the last G3 tour :-)
    (no Satch, though :-( )

Anybody ever tried Yahoo's Launch customizable radio station?
(launch.yahoo.com) It's pretty damn cool - you get to rate any genre,
band/artist, album, and song that you want, and it'll use those ratings to
randomly pick songs from a very good-sized library of music. If something
crappy comes on, just rate the song/album/band down to 0, then click next
and you never hear it again. :-) I've been told that Spinner is pretty
similar, but I've never tried it. There are commercials here and there, but
only about 1 every 20 minutes or so, and there are no dj's! It's free, too.

It's official: Neal Morse has left Spock's Beard because God told him to.
As much as I can admire the man for following his beliefs, it's a tragic
day for the band. They're going to continue to tour and write and record,
but I just can't imagine that it'll be anything close to what they had
before, since Neal wrote most of their stuff.

Agreed. Tis a sad day for prog as a whole. Kudos to Neal for doing what he
thinks is right despite common opinion, though, you have to respect that.

Mushroomhead? I think they're a blast--a more talented and tasteful Slipknot, with piano. They do get a bit more harcore than alot of people like, but sometimes it's just Static-X fun.

I didn't say that it wouldn't be good. But you know just as well as I that Neal had a hand in everything when it came to the Beard; he wrote all the music, the lyrics, and played keys and sang? You can't tell me that his enormous influence on the band missing isn't going to change the sound. Hell, look at Snow: The only song that wasn't written by Neal was Looking For Answers, if I'm not mistaken, and the difference in sound between Neal's writing and Nick's (Nick, I imagine, will now be the front- man) was tremendous. Of course, it's a little interesting, because LfA is probably my favorite song on the entire album, so I can actually say that despite the sad news about Neal, it may prove to be a very interesting turn for the band.

Answer to why the username didn't match the domain-

    Trojan component:

The worm opens a port on the victim machine - port 36794 TCP and searches for various running processes, stopping them if found. The list of processes includes many popular AV and personal firewall products.

This remote access server allows an attacker to upload, and download files, run executes, and terminate processes.

It drops a DLL on the victim machine - keylogger related. This DLL is detected as PWS-Hooker.dll.

    Mass-mailing:

This worm has the ability to spoof, or forge, the 'From:' field. (Often set to an address found on the victim's machine). Additionally the virus can use a fabricated from address, by taking the name before the "@" sign of one address, and the domain name after the "@" sign of another address. (ie. name1@domain1.com + name2@domain2.com name1@domain2.com)

W32/Bugbear@MM does not contain a bear icon, but rather a generic icon typically associated with EXE files. A new version of the JDBGMGR.EXE hoax is circulating, which is tricking users into deleting a file that uses a bear icon. This file, JDBGMGR.EXE, is not related to the W32/Bugbear@MM virus.

This virus spreads over the network via network shares and by mailing itself using it's own SMTP engine.

This worm emails itself to addresses found on the local system. The subject of email will vary. The name of attachment also varies, with double extension ending in .exe, .scr, or .pif. The size of attachment is normally 50,688 bytes. While random subject lines are possible, message subject lines which include the following are likely:

snipped. long list of possible subject lines....
