I'll be there, so will Phil Carter and Harmon Caldwell, at least.

I just saw Matt Bissonnette playing bass for RICK SPRINGFIELD.

Yeah, it was at the fair and only $10, sue me.

I was just checking out the website for Inside Out Music (www.insideoutmusic.com) and came across a band called Jughead featuring Derek Sherinian, Gregg and Matt Bissonette and Ty Tabor. Anyone hear any tracks from this? What's it like?

it's very good... more straight ahead rocky compared
to platypus. ty sings on one or two tracks, and one
of the bissonettes sings on the rest...

    definitely recommended...

I'm going too. I'm really looking forward to it. :)
Got the gold badge lined up & the room, and just
reserved the flight, so all my chicks are in a row.
I'm looking forward to running into some people from
the 'jam... last year I met a couple of folks from the
Symphony X list & a good time was had by all! My
number 1 reason for going this year is Pain of
Salvation... with BG a close second.

One ticket to rule them all, and in the darkness bind them.

I'll kick your ass if you don't watch part of Devin Townsend's set.
    He's costing me enough! :)

    > I know Cashman will be there, who else?!

Yeah, I guess I need to be there. It's gonna be awesome!

It's a nice place to live, but I wouldn't want to visit here. :)

It's gotta be the best-managed metalfest in the country (excepting
-maybe- Milwaukee), and the best-managed prog fest in the country
(excepting maybe NEARFest). Glenn has singlehandedly changed the fate
of progressive and power metal in the US. :)

Tickets sold out in about five days, but ya never know what you'll find
    online. www.progpower.com

Ahh..that makes two of us (though I'm not new to Angra). I'm trying to get into BG but it's a slow process for me..I'm much more psyched about seeing Pain of Salvation and Angra..and...

I'm very glad he is! (er..you know..thanks) I'm way looking forward to seeing Devin's set.

Excellent..I'd probably only enjoy the show half as much if half my brain wasn't there.
