particular location.

Actually, each episode is filmed in a different location, but not
multiple locations. They say the city's name at various points during the
show and in the commercials.

fan or a prognerd in general... ;)

i didnt think that either, until i went and saw them. changed my life.
judging phish by what you see on tv or what you hear someone blaring
at jazzfest is like judging dream theater's whole career by hearing
another day...

i dont think phish or the biscuits are the best band in the world.
it doesnt mean i cant enjoy them in addition to everything else
i listen to.

i'll go back to lurking for another 7 years... :)

With all this talk about JP's signature appearing on PBS's 'Antiques
Roadshow,' I think PBS should let Mike Portnoy appear on Sesame Street.

Electronically,

Yeah, most of it sucks, you get a lot of the new bands (a lot of Sum 41
etc.) I think it's on Friday nights that they have a show called Loud. I saw
In Flames' "Cloud Connected" on there a couple of weeks before Christmas. I
haven't heard of a show called Uranium but that could be something new and I
don't watch that often. They do have a channel affiliated with MuchMusic
called Loud which is only available on digital cable or sattelite.

Aha, didn't know they'd broken up not long after....

Well, Ozrics' production (in the States) isn't really all that huge; the
only thing unusual on-stage would be two keyboard rigs (and a small bag
of flutes :)). Their light show consists of two really neet projectors
out in the club that have small footprints. The problem between the
two bands arose because Ozrics arrived somewhat late due to tour-bus
troubles and the Biscos had already set their drummer's kit up on
stage. --Taking up the entire stage. Maybe you're right; maybe they
weren't expecting an opening band, or were hoping for a no-show. The
problem was eventually rectified after words were exchanged.

My own personal problem with them stemmed from an overzealous
roadie/driver, but nevermind. :) My write-up and pics for three
shows, the Athens date being the third gig, are at

I'm really enjoying the Lord of the Rings - Secret Diaries.. This is hysterical.

http://home.nyu.edu/~amw243/diaries/

Read them in order, left to right..

For example, here is a couple of entries of Aragorn's :

Day 30: In Lothlorien. Think Galadriel was hitting on me. Saucy wench.

Nice chat with Boromir. He's not so bad. Took a shower. Yay! But still not King.

Day 34: Frodo went to Mordor. Said he was going alone, but took Sam with him. Why? My God, is everyone in this movie gay but me? Not so sure about me either. Still not King, goddammit.
