I found 3 or 4 songs to be OK, and the rest to be crap. After listening to
it once, I haven't touched it again.

    Thanks,
    Bill

I bought it. It now joins the other coasters that are 'Hear in the Now
    Frontier' and 'Q2K'...

Lame, slow songs with no fire or energy, and the musicianship sounds lazy on
it compared to previous efforst. I've officially given up on Queensryche
now. Unless something quite extraordinary happens, they'll never get
    another dime from me.

    What does everyone else think?

Yes, it's been ages since I posted, but I wanted to know if Jeff G. is still out there. If you are, please drop me a line so we can catch up! (Oh, and I wouldn't mind hearing from Babs, either. <g>)

I thought this of their performance back in July when they played with DT.

I find something awry with this statement....

I wouldn't try to compare it too heavily to their stuff from 15 years ago..that's just silly. I really do like Tribe a lot, though...but it's not something you're going to "get" after listening to it once (or at all, if you're just looking for reasons to hate it). Certainly a worthy album with a lot of great moments.

I got this the week it came out and saw them twice with DT over the summer and once by themselves a couple of weeks ago.

I think the new stuff is great. Far better than the last two pieces of S**T that they released. They wisely played mainly old stuff and stuff from the new album at the shows I saw them at- the new songs are terrific live- especially "Open", "Losing Myself", and "Tribe".
