I think I'd better chime in. I WAS indeed forced to pay more for TSO seats
in
Dayton. After selecting arena (cheaper) seating and putting in my numbers,
I discovered that Ticketmaster was charging me an additional $10 per seat,
equal to the pricier seating. I reverified the seat prices, then emailed
Ticketmaster.
Despite getting a confirmation email and sending them the number, they
said they couldn't find my order. Meanwhile, on their website, they
changed
the prices of the tickets I had bought to include the price I had. I asked
for
my order to be canceled, and they still couldn't find my order.... despite
a
second email saying my tickets were being printed.
I ended up being stuck for $50. I could have taken someone else along for
that much.>>
If you have documentation, I think you would win this in small claims
court.
