Location : Surin Pirom, the most english proficient person we met in Thailand is a tour guide. He retired from social work from Thai Government seen here with his Eldest son and Wife Aree. His all day tour of local villages and Khmer ruins was our highest bill at 2250B (US$52.87) but well worth it. |

Location : Ban Ta Klang An elephant trainer in the Village of Ban Ta Klang near Surin. Baby Elephants Honk. This village is also called "the elephant village" This little baby elephant knows more Thai than I do! |

Location : Ban Bu Thom This is a rice farmer in Ban Bu Thom, they are a poor lot making 100-200B/day but a rich and happy people. |

Fruit Vendor
Location : Damnoen Saduak A fruit vendor in the Damnoen Saduak water market. This is my first encounter with a delicious orangy fruit : rambutan. |

Boat Vendor
Location : Damnoen Saduak This enchanting market had a hundred of vendors many in boats. The "talat naam" (floating market) is a magical spectacle to behold, unique to thailand. |

Location : Nakon Pathom Monks are everywhere, 95% of Thailand is Buddhist and many Adult / Children Males will spend some time studying Buddhism as a Monk. thailand. |
