I have never heard of that Magazine so I couldn't tell you if it's worth the
$35. my guess would be that it's probably not worth it. I myself own 2 two
disc set bootlegs of Dream theater in both New York and Italy. I got them
at a record store in Waterbury Ct. I paid $45 for each set and they're well
worth it (at least to me they are, they may not be to you). One of the sets
has two of their new songs on it; forever and change of the season (20 min
long). I also have their live ep that was only released in Europe. I bought
every one of those discs at this place in waterbury. The European ep has
a new instrumental on it called Bombai Vindaloo. It's really good! Anyway
this place is the only place I know of to get a hold of their bootlegs. I
recently send out for 3 catalogs of places that have bootlegs. Maybe they
have some Dream Theather stuff that I don't already have. I'll let you
know when I receive the catalogs.

No, but I've heard it's a good magazine for serious collectors.
Pricey for the casual record searcher to subscribe to, but well-worth
picking up at a newsstand.

(Waiting to hear about that myself -- I hope to finally acquire the
Euro version on Monday from a local shop whose order is due in the
morning.)

I have mainly favorite tracks, not just times. My favorite
'normal-length' song is "Under a Glass Moon"; I think it showcases the
band's talents quite well, particularly LaBrie's range and Petrucci's
licks. As for longer songs, "Metropolis" just for the instrumental
joy of it, and "Learning to Live" because it is well-structured: even
though it's the longest track on I&W, it never drags. I was
astonished to see the track-time on the CD after I'd heard it. Just a
great all-round song. "Surrounded" is beautiful.

(working on a new DT .sig :))

Well according to a friend, DT are to begin a 7 night tour of the UK, starting off with the London Astoria, followed by Cardiff, Birmingham, Edinburgh ( I think!) If anyone is going to the Crdiff gig, then maybe we could meet up and have a few beers! Shaun Barry

Matthew T Pulver: (mp67+@andrew.cmu.edu)

I would like the home addresses of Kevin Moore and John Petrucii's parents once you get them. A few friends and I both would really like to write them (as would any self-respecting human being =). Thanks and if you could email me at the above address (st_chavez@stdvax.cc.slcc.edu in case it isn't included in the next Ytse Jam) I would be in your favor muchly =).

Shaun Barry: (BLTSBARRY@vax.liverpool-john-moores.ac.uk)

I would much like to receive some of those DT tapes/videos. Could you please send me the list again in email (email address in last message?) Thanks I am excited! =)
