Hi all you DT fans!
Here in Norway it's only possible to get hold of "Images & Words",
"When Dream & Day Unite" and the live CD. My question is: are there
other DT CDs' (bootlegs) available - and where can I get'em?!?
Thanx in advance
Frode.

My girlfriend had never heard of DT either, but when I told her she had
to listen to them, she went crazy, and now she loves them too. You just have
to let ppl listen to them and make their own judgements, and 9 times out of
10, they'll love DT :)

Subject: _Dream out Loud_ -Trying To Shed Some Light
Ok! I think I might be able to lend a hand in the ongoing _Dream Out Loud_
debate. If this is the show I think it is, (Buffalo) then...
> Dream Theater played at IMPAXX Nite Club in Buffalo
> Galactic Cowboys opened for them and sang the chorus of TTT
> WUFX 103.3 'The Fox' broadcast DT's part of the show (no GC)
> The broadcast was simultaneous with the performance so the thought of a
recording/editting and then broadcast is out. However the radio
station did identify itself in between songs.
Here is my conclusion (and it's one that I'm mighty content with) 8*)
103.3 hooked into a soundboard and transmitted from the remote site, adding in
the pre-programmed station id spots. BUT!!!!
I was at the show and thought the mix was excellent. A friend taped the radio
broadcast for me and when I listened to it the first words out of my mouth
were: WHAT HAPPENED? It was a diff mix than that at the show. So my
thoughts are, that 103 either did their own editting on the fly (I don't know
why), or and probably more likely, they patched in too soon.
Meaning the signal that 103 recieved was left out of the final mix.
Well say what you will, it works for me. However it was done, it was
certainly a soundboard recording.
'nuff said except maybe:
That I have a copy of this show that I'd be willing to trade. E-mail me

I may have said this before, but I saw a LOT of women at the DT summerfest
show. True, it was "free" with Fest admission, so a lot of local metalheads
were there (a surprising number of people knew most of the songs, though...)

Subject: who wrote Don't Look Past Me?
Does anyone know who wrote Don't Look Past Me? Its a cool song.
It's kinda along the lines of Surrouned and To Live Forever.
Also, does anyone know who sings the 2nd (or is it 3rd?) verse in
O Holy Night. Charlie does most of it but I can't decide who does
the other. I don't think that it is John P.
Any news on the new album or the Music book for I&W's? Will the book just
be guitar or will it have keyboard too? I will shit myself if it has
all of the keyboard parts!!!

Jim Matheos and Joe DiBiase are the two original members of FW that were still
around for the Parallels album. The original 2nd guitarist was Vince Ardruini.
He was replaced by Frank Aresti on the third album.

Barney and POISON, that's totally harsh (Poison post C.C. isn't really
that bad of a torture), I think that would almost be worse than making
him listen to country music 24hrs a day for an entire week (Nasty!!!).

According to the circle of fifths, and the pattern of sharps and flats:
If the alphabet continued as notes progressed (i.e,
a,a#,b,c,c#...g#,h,i,j,etc) eventually the key of Z Major would have 4
sharps. Eric Moegling gmoeglin@bigcat.missouri.edu
