Anyone for a revival of this one? I think we could make a killing on it.

but "Cuatro" I really liked. What's the new album like?

I second the notion of 'Misplaced Childhood' as first album. But not Brave; and I speak from expierience. Brave was the first one I had, and although I didn't think it was bad, it didn't reach me. Then, thinking that I should at least give the Fish-era a try b4 making a final judgement, I got MC and loved it... now I went back and listened to Brave, and loved it too... well, there ya go

Well yeah, I've noticed there are quite a lot of ppl that like it. And I've especially noticed that many ppl have changed their opinion about it and Blaze, after seeing them live... which I haven't, so maybe I'm missing something. But in any case, I think we'll both agree that it's not a good album as an introduction to Maiden.

    >1) bootleg > by D <zayas@ny.frontiercomm.net>

Hey! One D is more than enough on this list, ya hear? ;)

On a sadder note... they've suddenly decided to show the Tick w/o SAP here. That means I have to see it in spanish. It's still funny, but they give him really doofus of a voice (ala Moose from Archie)... now of course, he is quite brainless, but half the fun is in his exagerated do-gooder voice, which is totally absent in Spanish. But ya know what really got me? You know how they translated 'Spoon!'? '. AMIGO MIO! That means 'friend of mine'.... now, does 'spoon' sound anything like 'amigo mio'!? I DONT THINK SO... who in the hell translates these programs?! AAAAAARRRRRRGGGHH!

If he hadn't said it twice, I would've still been wondering why the hell he was calling for his friend.

Hey now, I didn't start that "I'm a homo" garbage. Are you saying the rumors had a certain flavor to them? Huh? ARE YA???

Otherwise, can anyone tell me where I could find Petrucci's transcription of Chopin's Etude #2? I heard it was in three or four installments of his column in Guitar World. Yeh, I got the first 64 notes down on paper and found myself wondering if there was an easier way to transcribe it...

A September 23rd release date? Time to get out the Dream Theater Album- Release Formulas-Chart... let's see, three months away... carry into next season... winter... add thirty days... two-week delay for undetermined reasons... CHRISTMAS 1997!! :)

Ron Thal is sick. If you like sick guitar, check him out. When Steve Vai has nightmares, they feature music by Ron Thal. I haven't experienced such an uncanny manifestation of my thoughts since I saw the movie "Seven."
