I hope this goes through, I haven't got a jam for two days.

Any fans of Night Ranger/Kansas out there?
You might be intereseted in the new Jeff Watson(NR) cd.
Steve Walsh(K) sings on three songs. Also, a singer named
Aaron Hagar sings a couple songs. He sounds like a mellow
Sammy Hagar. Could Aaron be his middle name/son/relative?
I'm just assuming because Sammy sang on one song on JW's
    last cd Lone Ranger.

    Trevor is Y2K complient.

    hi
I've stumbled across a certain Majesty instrumental called "Indulge in
Reverie". The piece sounds amazing... Anyways, the mp3 i downloaded is in
piss-poor quality, if I may say so... :-). It's encoded in 24 kbps, 11 kHz,
mono of course. So I've been wondering... does anyone have an idea where I
can find an mp3 of it in a bit better quality... or does that exist on some
bootleg or...? Any info is appreciated... thanx :-)

Happy New Year to all of you jammers out there!
I wish nothing but the best to Mike, John P., John M., Jordan and James in
    the "New Millenium"!

p.s. ... and don't tell me that the "new millenium" starts in 2001 :-). Yea,
    yea, yea... I KNOW!

    hey!
I haven't received a digest since 27th... what is goin on? No jam in 3 days?
C'mon... this is frightening... and NO, I'm not addicted...

p.s. The usual problem with drug-addicts and addicts in general is that they
deny the existence of their problem... :-). But NOT me... :-).

    Hi all

today is your last chance to send you entries for the
top 10 albums of 99 poll. As I predicted, the winner
is no big secret, but there are still a couple of
interesting things going on lower down the ranks. I'll
be posting the results to the list early next week.

    stay safe and happy listening

Woah.... I bought my Playstation back in the early summer of '98 and it came with a dual-shock keyboard. Hell, every Playstation box I've ever seen since '98 has a bright red "DUAL SHOCK" on the box :) I still think the guy who posted about that before just didn't realize he could push the button on the controller and use the joystick to steer the cars in Gran Turismo :) No biggie.

Fatal Tragedy (HITNF is Released) Geoff Alone at night I feel so strange I need to find An explanation to my fans When I sleep at I hear their cries What can this mean?

Band We hit the road and traveled around the USA We met some die hard fans they are with us all the way

We feel that we can trust them They talk to us each night

"Guys do you the band has really changed? The fatal tragedy is talked about over beers. Old Queensryche gone forever Only memories remain You guys still tear some ass live.

Without keys or production There can be no good CD

Without Reach Without Spool The disc would really bite

Chris As the tour went on I started to move away I decided to leave the band A mystery to fans today

Geoff I tried to get more answers But he said Im on my own Then he turned away and left me As the four of us stand there all alone He said Fuck all of you As future days days unfold I cry

Without keys or production There can be no good CD

Without Reach Without Spool The disc would really bite

Beyond this Life Headline "Seattle Degamo quit" Despearte coward left his band still Dreadful ending fans cried Evidently egotistical pride

The tour had some really cools sounds although Tate had really put on a few pounds

Not behind them was the label Finace went under the table no sales, Queensryche couldn't help So they closed shop band left by them self

Chris made the CD really suck After being so vein The band was really pissed A sad close to a 15 year career...

Queensryche has traveled far We go from town to town and bar to bar*

Queensryche has traveled far We go from town to town and bar to bar*

The wanted RYche forever But Chris had another plan He fell into an ego way he had to let fans down and say I can't be in your favorite band

The could become a 4 piece oh yeah yeah If they could write some songs Was there destiny rearranged

Had a control struggle taken place There was every sign that led there CD art had a trirych on the ground Was the band unaware FAns continued to investigate tempers flew like a rocket HITNF could have been better If it was a band effort

(Chris) Theres only one thing left to do Id soon as quit the band Then continue playing with you

Queensryche has traveled far We go from town to town and bar to bar*

Queensryche has traveled far We go from town to town and bar to bar*

All that weve learned this round Is not to have a grungy sound

All that weve learned this round Is not to have a grungy sound

    - Though Kelly's Eyes They never really had a chance on that CD realease date Butchered tracks without a fight A vitim of Chris's circumstance

Now that Ive becaome aware and Ive exposed this tragedy A sadness grows inside of me To the band-seems so unfarir

Im learing all about the ryche By looking through my eyes

Just beyond 18 years old Me and geoff started Myst but thats done Im not pissed Just found out Emi had to fold

Being a friend I called Geoff up Said lets talk for a while Time went on conversation went by Agrred to produce next CD

Im learning all about the ryche By looking through my eyes

And as Mindcrime goes on through my head I jammed some guitar all night as I couldn't sleep in bed

And I know what its like to lose a badn member And this felt just the same

they weren't given any choice Chris's songs stold their voice Ive been given so many good jobs Produced Dokken, Candlebox

I had to see them one last time To jam hardcore and say goodbye See those last shows in Brazil Queensryche one more time at last

A spot has opened wide Tryouts will subside For Queensryche....

Hey people, Ive decided to rewrite SFAM telling the story of QR's past few years It dioesn't flow smoothly some times but its fun

Regression Chris Degarmo: Safe in the light that surrounds me. (Present) Skinny arms, look theres my vein. My alterantive mind Remembers old times To rejoin the ryche once again Cantrell's not real Im starting to feel lost in the smell of topical cream. and as I draw near my old band becomes clear Like watching mindcrime on the screen Hello good Queensryche So glad to see you my old friends

Strange Deja Vu (Past) took a long vacation Now its alternative nation What a pleasent concept And I can't wait to record again

Every time I write a tune My control always seems to bloom Another Cd is waiting Popularity fading

Here in the Now- Slowly coming into view Ive arrived Control of the band showing through

Theres a sound Im drawn to Alternative sounding nothing new There a pathway leading there I think I pose with my feet bare

Theres some right in some jars And thoses long nights at the bars Listened to the Mirror Awake is much more clearer Queensryche wont you let me draw some ears? In fans eyes-they seeing us selling our souls Behind the disguise-Theres a stuggle for control

geoff tate: Tonight I am writing lyrics good songs taht are deep inside me Tonight I am searching for the Queensryche everyone knows Trying to save the CD

Chris Degarmo: I just can't help myself Beatles melodies coming out of my head Tears my band band into two Im not the guy you thought you always knew

(Present) Back on my feet again I remeber the Real World memories surround me Wait I have to hurl

Why is my old band haunting me evry day? Id join em once again if only my songs weren't gay

this Cds awfully familiar Feeling, good sound, care Could I be in this good band Kelly who? Gray where?

Im still searching but I don't know what for Some cash to go the the grocery store

Past (Michael) Today I am searching for him a new bud that knows Geoff real well today I am searching for a guitarists who doesn't blow who can play some harmony

(Kelly) I just can't help myself I feeling like Myst all over again Uncanny Strage Deja vu But I don't mind...I hope the fans won't tooo...........

Through my Words Chris (Past) All your eyes have ever seen All youve ever heard Is nothing like this album The guys think its a turd

All that Ive put into it came out of my behind Im sharing my great music Out of My egotistical mind

Linked by an endless sound Impossibly to sell

Does anyone know the exact nature of Dream Theater's contract with Eastwest records? What I mean is that they sell about 200,000 or so copies of each CD in the States. Sooo, that's 300,000 short of even going gold. Many bands would get dropped from a major label if their sales were at that level. My point here is that their record sales are not great in the U.S., which everyone know of course. My question here is, is there any danger of them possibly losing their record contract due to low sales does anyone know? Or is it just that their record sales overseas make up for their low sales here? OR is it possible that theyjust don't get much money at all from the record company and make it mostly by touring?

That's pretty damn good, but here's my list:

Nicholas: Nicholas Cage Victoria Page: Catherine Zeta-Jones OR Gwyneth Paltrow Senator Edward Baynes (The Miracle): Matt Damon Julian Baynes (The Sleeper): Brad Pitt The Hypnotherapist: Christopher Walken (he'd be perfect) And the older man in Fatal Tragedy: James Earl Jones

Just my 1 million Turkish lira (anybody see that episode of Stern?)...
