Thanks, Jim, for the vote of confidence there. I appreciate it.
People who know me know that I'm one of the most trustworthy people this
side of the Mississippi. I'm taking care of Prism orders, that I can
guarantee. I've been trying to fit in a time where I could handle all these
backorders.
But, last month I realized that I can't handle it all, and that I'd rather
spend time getting original releases out rather than just assuming a massive
collection of boots I had nothing to do with. So, I've been negotiating
with a couple of my very good (and reliable) friends to see about them
taking over that segment of DT boots that Mike Bahr gave to me. Those plans
I hope to finalize within the next couple of weeks so everybody can be
assured to get their discs from a trustworthy source.
Anyway, I wish the Prism page had the Scarred URL on there so people could
rather be referred there instead of to my e-mail address. I have a somewhat
comprehensive FAQ on my page that would have answered your problem
sufficiently. I ignore e-mail that comes in that is answered on my FAQ.
I'm a fulltime college student with about one year left before I graduate,
so I hope you can understand that I'm busy as it is.
In other non-related news, "Stained Glass" (the Scarred boot of the
Rotterdam fanclub gig) is done and is shipping. I have three new reviews of
the disc up on my page, so check it out!
Take care, Jim =)

Hello there...
>Havn't seen these dates posted yet, so here they are, from the Iced
>Earth page (I'll definately be at the Dallas show, maybe some others as
>well):
Now I'm trying to get their tour dates thru my friends, too... I've seen one
message on Iced Earth Discussion Board that
they will play on the 30th of April at JJ Kelley's(?)in
Lansing, Illinois. I have no idea if this date is already
disappeard or not.
> 5/1 - Aurora, IL
Perhaps, at Rileys Rockhouse...
> 5/13 - San Diego, CA
> 5/14 - Los Angeles, CA
> 5/15 - Anahiem, CA
> 5/16 - San Francisco, CA
If anybody wanna go to their Californian shows, you can also
check the follow address.:
http://www.moshking.com/All_Concerts.html
Hopefully I'll show up some shows w/an Iced Earth fanatic
living in the UK. We love both bands:)). I've waited for the
time that Iced Earth/Nevermore will go on the road again
together... Anyway, I hope we'll make it!!!

Hi everyone,
I have a sealed copy of the self-titled Damn the Machine CD. I'd like to trade it for some new European prog or prog metal. Anybody interested, please e-mail me to tell me what you have to offer.
Take care,

You can. they have this nonmetal project; it's called "Their Last Three
Albums".
Well, that was fun.

<I just heard the new techno cover-version of "Another Brick In The Wall" <off of a soundtrack to a new film.
Well, as far as I can tell from the video, Layne Staley of Alice In Chains does the vocals and Tom Morello (totally innovative player btw) of Rage Against The Machine is responsible for the guitars. And I'd hardly call it techno. Then you might as well call Space Dye Vest techno because it has those Room With A View sound samples in it. It's just a modern rock song (which I happen not to like. But I already hated the original, so go figure...)

I just picked up Spock's Beard's new one, "Day For Night." Here's my question..... Have I just been asleep lately, or has there not been ANY mention of this on the Jam? I find it hard to believe that nobody cares about this...... maybe I just missed the mentions of it?! I had no damn clue this was out until I checked the SB page for tourdates yesterday! (Detroiters - - - > > > SB is tentatively gonna be here on 5-22-99, and the awesome Tiles is gonna open for 'em!)
Oh BTW.... after almost one whole listen so far: sounds like ANOTHER BIG WINNER from the 'Beard!

That's not true....I for one, am still listening, in awe, at "Day For Night." When I'm done listening to the album, over and over again, I'll post a review. That might happen when the Yankees win the world series in October.

AHHH.....Well, how about Images and Words. I think Metropolis, Take the Time, and Learning to Live are a handful and a half.
