    Probably a Spring delivery... [*]

[*] Disclaimer: Getting those CDs pressed is tough work, and I'm grateful
to the band and to the fan club organizers for putting 'em out for all
    these years.

My guess would be either SFaM in-studio material or the Roseland live cuts
that didn't make it onto the upcoming DVD.

Definitely not Roseland stuff. Mike had already picked what was going to
be on the XMas CD before the Roseland show had even occurred. I'm
guessing maybe some other mixes of SFaM stuff, and there's the rumor of
the original Met. II, but I really doubt that one.

Looks like the Strato gig will have a good turnout. Me,
Ash and Doug will be there and quite a few other UK prog/power metal fans look like they will be crawling out of the shadows. The gig must be getting close to being sold-out, or may be its just wishful thinking on my part.

I'm hoping that Strato can use some of their effects, but given the size and shape of the stage at the Underworld,I doubt it.

The support band - Dragonheart will be out to impress watching Record Company Execs - so give 'em a big hand too.

Maybe there will be some stars in the audience too - like they were for Wednesdays Halford gig - which featured the 3 tremors (Halford + Dickinson + Tate) singing the fifth and final encore of the evening. It'll be the fourth gig in 6 days for me and probably the final gig of the year.

I'll be wearing a Symphony X shirt from the recent tour.

    Charlie

Ok, you got me. Well, I could say we'll be consumed by a black hole and
no one will be able to escape, yadda yadda, but here's what I know.
This might indeed be the last year for Xmas CD's. I think the band's
considering two options right now. They're planning on selling the
backlog of Xmas CD's through their website yet will withhold one or two
tracks from each CD to help maintain the original CDs' "collector's
    value."

I think they're considering whether to make the 2000 Xmas CD the final
one or continue to release them only putting a couple of bonus tracks on
the DTIFC discs and sell the standard ones through the website. Or,
they may scrap the Xmas CD's altogether and go for the total profit of
the CD's. Personally, I can't argue anything that will help put money
in OFB's pockets. More DT income = more CD's + more shows. Can't beat
    that, eh? :D

KorgX3 does have his finger hovering over the button, so watch out. ;)

Mmmmm... It would be pretty interesting to see which muso's they use to record the album with. Also it would be interesting to see what style of music they actually do. I think it's pretty safe to assume that Halford and Dicko would still be metal but what about Geoffy Boy now that he's more of an alternative/pop vocalist these days?!?!?

    Paul.
