I thought the music was decent but the web pages annoyed me to
no end. Unfortunately, the web pages majorly distracted from their
music. The promo page opens the window to full screen mode?? That's
really obnoxious. They need a simple front end to their web pages.
Even their supposed "low end" version was way too graphics intensive
    and annoying.
Just give me a simple way to download a few samples and read
about the band. Then give me the *option* to go to some funky high
end web pages if I choose to.
If you're promoting them you should suggest some better web
    pages.

]From what I understand, Nightfall Records is owned by a guy named Don
(I forget his last name) and he also owns "The Lab". So it would make
sense to get tix at Nightfall Records and he would hold them for you.

I met Don once. He's very accurately described as looking very
"Troll-like". Also, it's worth mentioning that he's the lead growler
of the local grindcore band "Anal Blast". Few bands come closer to
"Toilet-Metal" than them. Their most famous song is "Tampon Tea-Bag".
Check it out on Napster or Audiogalaxy if you're in for a laugh.

All that aside, he seems like a pretty cool guy and I'd trust him to
hold my tickets, though I live in Orlando now.

    OTC Market Knowledge Newsletter

First, congratulations to everyone who bought VICI at $.06 when we first =
introduced the company a couple of weeks ago. The stock more than double=
d, currently trading in the $.10-$.13 range.

    =20
Here is OTC Market Knowledge Newsletter's NEW EXPLOSIVE STOCK PICK!

    =20
    POTENTIAL HIGH GROWTH OPPORTUNITY: =20
    SurgiCare, Inc.
    OTCBB: SXCR
    BUY AT $4.25
    PLATINUM CATEGORY PLAY!
    =20
SPECIAL NEWS ALERT SURGICARE CONTINUES AMAZING GROWTH IN SIZE AND REVENUE=
S FUELING DRAMATIC RISE IN SHARE PRICE DURING DOWN MARKET AND POTENTIAL =
    ACCEPTANCE TO NASDAQ!!!
    =20

SurgiCare, Inc., (OTC BB: SXCR) could be your best growth opportunity amo=
ng the still-booming healthcare sector. THE OPPORTUNITY: SurgiCare is pu=
rsuing a rapid growth business model, acquiring or merging with existing =
surgical centers and operators. In keeping with this aggressive approach,=
company officials announced last month that it had signed a letter of ag=
reement to purchase Surgery Centers of America II (SCOA) and all of its a=
ssets, including nine ambulatory surgical centers. See news: http://biz=
    yahoo.com/pz/010307/14948.html. =20

SURGICARE HAS APPLIED FOR A NASDAQ LISTING =96 MAKING IT A POTENTIALLY EX=
TREMELY UNDERVALUED STOCK AT PRESENT VALUATIONS!!! THIS MAKES IT NOT JUS=
T A SOLID COMPANY WITH GREAT PROFITS, BUT ALSO A PLATINUM CATEGORY PLAY =96=
     A GREAT SHORT-TERM OPPORTUNITY.

SXCR has recently FILED FOR ITS NASDAQ LISTING. As you probably know, br=
okers typically can't recommend OTCBB listed stocks. BUT: SURGICARE POSTE=
D net earnings of $1,124,883 in 1999. With these numbers, when approved =
to trade on the NASDAQ Small Cap, SXCR will likely attract a lot of new i=
nterest from all types of investors, brokers and institutions. When the =
demand for any stock rises, their stock prices usually do as well.

How high can SurgiCare go? Its strategy of acquiring profitable centers =
has proven to give other similar stocks -- such as Dynacq (NASDAQ: DYII) =
-- a real boost. DYII has increased about 300% in the last couple of mon=
ths after announcingg just one acquisition. By continuing to consolidate =
the highly fragmented industry of freestanding ambulatory surgery centers=
, SurgiCare seems set to outperform most of the market as well.
    =20
    ACQUISITION TO QUADRUPLE COMPANY'S SIZE
SurgiCare's SCOA acquisition will further fuel SurgiCare's growth, becaus=
e SCOA currently operates multiple centers and it will be developing even=
more future merger candidates for SurgiCare. SCOA II's operations are a=
great fit for SurgiCare because SXCR's business model is based on levera=
ging its status as a publicly traded company to consolidate the ambulator=
    y surgical center marketplace. =20

When this acquisition is complete, SurgiCare will operate at least 12 lic=
ensed ambulatory surgical centers nationwide, each offering outpatient su=
    rgeries independent of hospitals.=20

    =20
SurgiCare has grown rapidly since going public last spring. The company's=
current market capitalization is more than $70 million; it had net earni=
    ngs of $1,124,883 in 1999 and $875,125 in 1998. =20

    =20
SXCR IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ITS AMAZINGLY FAST GROWTH FOR THE FORESEEABL=
E FUTURE. IT SHOWS EVERY INDICATION OF BEING ONE OF THOSE UNDERVALUED ST=
OCKS THAT EVERYONE WISHES THEY HAD OWNED BEFORE IT MADE ITS BIG MOVE. =20
    =20

LOOK AT DYII TWO YEARS AGO. If you invested $10,000 in DYII a few years =
ago, you would have made more than $200,000! SXCR OPERATES IN A SIMILAR =
INDUSTRY AND IS EXTREMELY PROFITABLE, BUT STILL A FAIRLY UNKNOWN COMPANY!=
!! BUT ALL THAT MAY CHANGE VERY SOON!

    =20
WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING ON, SXCR HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BLOW THROUGH =
ITS 52-WEEK HIGH AS IT CONTINUES ACQUIRING PROFITABLE ASCs AND HEADS TO A=
MAJOR EXCHANGE. THAT'S WHY SXCR IS ONE OF OUR PLATINUM PICKS.
    =20

    OTCBB: SXCR
    Recent Price: $4.25

    52 Week High/Low: $6.00 - $1.625
    Shares Outstanding: 12.6 Million =20

Tool and Dream Theater? Not at all on either account, not to my ears at
any rate. Dog Fashion Disco is a near dead-ringer for Mr. Bungle or some
of the wackier moments of Faith No More, although less so on "Headless"
than on other songs. The singer has Patton's style nailed, and I mean
NAILED. If anybody's interested, I wrote a review for the album,
"Anarchists of Good Taste", at WIXQ-Metal: http://www.wixq.com/metal/

To extend the site-plug futher, we're also running a contest with a decent
battery of prizes, a copy of Opeth's "Blackwater Park" being the big ticket
item. Lot of other prizes too...no purchase necessary (or possible,
really). If anybody's interested, the URL, again, is
    http://www.wixq.com/metal/

The new Katatonia album, "Last Fair Deal Gone Down", has been getting a
good chunk of time in my CD player lately. Anybody who likes Chroma Key
(and/or who wishes they sounded more like a 'band' rather than one guy w/
occasional help) will definitely enjoy this album. Recommended. Also
recommended (to those with a morbid sense of humor...the best kind of sense
of humor to have...), Macabre "Dahmer", a concept album about, well,
Jeffrey Dahmer. Just about every aspect of his life is converted over into
song, from his playing with dog guts as a kid to his death-by-bludgeon by
in prison ("Christopher Scarver...Killed Jeffrey Dahmer..."). One of the
dudes from the band actually went to watch the Dahmer trial in person, and
that's a song too. Very funny edutainment.

Man, I know some of these venues are hard to get a hold of (and
some when you finally do, don't even know there is a show there next
week!)... I've always tried to keep up to date info on the website, so if
none of the numbers get you there, or you find another contact for any of
the shows... let me know and I'll correct it asap.

    Michael,
I'm officially asking for your help. I currently have tickets to the
Chicago show, but St. Paul is soooo much closer. How can an Iowa boy get
tickets to this show? If everyone's having this much trouble it's going to
    be pretty empty.

    Please help,
    tk

    Hey Jammers,
Has anyone else noticed the spam is getting pretty fucking
rediculous?! I mean has the ytsejam been submitted to some kind of ad
list ? Well Congrats to OPeCKIE for cutting through the spam. BTW I
checked out FROM ZERO and was slightly impressed. I dug the harmony and
thiought the comparison w/ Sevendust to be rather adequate ( for the
little I heard anyway ) Thanx for pointing them out.
Oh well . Wake me up when it gets interesting
