This saddens me. I'm a big fan of Death and Control Denied. I was
lucky enough to see Death's Gene Hoglan playing drums with Devin
Townsend last weekend - he was great.

In the past with pre-orders at CDNOW, I've received the CD either ON or a day after the release. It's been nice.

    Thanks for your notice, Aris!

Let me just point out, that Mr. Tsamis contacted me out of the blue, unexpectedly, and I offered him NO finanical assistance for his kind words, lol! I found it extremely out of the ordinary, myself, but rather flattering. A respected musician gets the chance to offer me his unwavering support, well, for us finanically-independent, and self-funded musicians, it's almost unheard of. Bill's a very cool guy, and not above praising the work of others, and he doesn't even use many profanities, being from Florida and all (expletive deleted? No here...). I don't know what that last sentence meant. I just thought I'd point it out. Yes, it's true, Bill is a supercool dude. I think he may like my shit more than I do! lol...

I originally dropped by the Warlord site to offer my words of encouragement and support, though I was not a huge fan before, any project operating with a Fates member, gets my immediate keen powers of observation and examination. I am looking forward to seeing what the Warlord guys are going to do this time, after the years, the tears, the fears, the beers, the cheers, the steers, etc...

Aris, after the holidays, feel free to pick up 154 copies, with the 154-copies-for-the-price-of-94 special that occassionally rears it ugly commercialized head around VIRTUALITY. Also, drop me an email privately, dude (see above)...

    C'aio, Scott Mosher (Musician/Graphic Artist/Activist/neurosurgeon/niceguy) http://www.theambientmind.com/virtuality/ http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/mosher

The VIRTUALITY CD: Ambient, neo=progressive cyber rock.

Well... that's exactly what I meant. Complex time signatures. I never said anything about his drum fills or bass drum work. That's still the work a nicely accomplished god of drums =3D) All in all, the new album is quite "experimental" as they put it, filled with Awake vs LTE like they said it would, plus it's got a track that's just long enough to satisfy an epic lover such as myself. Well done DT! m.S

I dont think anyone has mentioned this here, in teh new DTIFC issue a cd is with it called:

    4DORE

4 degrees of radio edits, thats where all the edits are coming from on the net. Keep a lookout for it.
