Yep, and for me, it all started right here on the Ytsejam with
Superior. 'Behind' was the first independent prog-metal CD I ever got,
and it set high standards for everyone else who has followed them into
my CD collection.

Someone may have already responded, and Glenn was to add hotel
information to the Progpower USA website soon if he hadn't already, but
as I recall, there's a decent Fairfield Inn within a block or two of the
venue (address is probably on Spring St. in midtown Atlanta). There
are others also. I expect those hotels to be pretty well stuffed with
Progpower attendees, too, since a vast number will be coming from
out-of-state and out-of-country.

Hi! I'd like to thank everyone who responded on my "The Chill of Winter" post. You've all been very helpful... :-).
p.s. I wish Lines In the Sand guys (dreamtheater.mit.edu) would get back their media server on-line and upload the G3 show... *drooling*

Well, unfortunately, we don't run our media server, it's run by a friend, and for whatever reason, he can't get it back online. I'm still foggy on the details, and I'm not sure exactly why it's down or when it's going to be back up, sad to say.

In going through my CD collection recently, I decided to get rid of a few CDs I don't listen to anymore.
What follows are the ones the local "we pay cash for your CDs" store doesn't want...probably because there's no great demand for them :-)
Deus Ex Machina - "De Republica" - new condition - I paid $20, I'm asking for $15.00
Megadeth - 6 song promo CD, recorded live at Cow Palace, San Francisco, CA in 12/92 by Westwood One - $10 tracks: Holy Wars, Sweating Bullets, In My Darkest Hour, Symphony of Destruction, Peace Sells, Anarchy in the UK
Lemur Voice - "Insights" - $7.00
Rush - "Cygnus" - The Mike Bahr bootleg of Rush from the Hemispheres tour - $10.00
The Who - "The Who Collection Vol. 2" - import compilation CD - $5.00
Queensryche - "Q2K" - $6.00
Shipping: Depends on how many discs and shipping preference.
These are original CDs, not CD-Rs. All in great or better condition. No scratches.
Contact me with any questions.
