    Hey Eric --

I believe the "C.P.R." disc came out on the Guitar Recordings label a
few years back when it was almost actually cool to release
all-instrumental albums by really amazing musicians. Guitar Recordings
released a few albums as the recording arm of 'Guitar for the Practicing
Musician' magazine, including the excellent "'Guitar's Practicing
Musicians" compilations, electric violinist Mark Wood's two solo discs
and albums by Night Ranger guitarist Brad Gillis (featuring a keyboard
player by the name of Derek Sherinian) and Blues Saraceno (who would go
on to join Poison (of all bands) as Richie Kotzen (of all people)'s
replacement). And oh, yeah, they released Randy Coven's "Funk Me
Tender" and "Sammy Says Ouch!" discs as well.

Sadly, I don't know if "C.P.R." is still in print, but it's a very hot
album, as you might expect with players the caliber of Al Pitrelli and
    John O'Reilly on board.

    Jeff :^)

Sorry to clutter the list up with non-DT info, but I thought that those of you in the Los Angeles area would like to know that my band, HAND TO MOUTH, will be playing it's debut gig at The Dragonfly (6510 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood, CA) on December 3rd. Showtime is 11:30pm. We're extremely excited about the show and would love to see as many DT fans there as possible. We are a melodic hard rock influenced by Buckcherry, Bon Jovi, Queen, and, of course, our beloved DT. E-mail me at handtomouthinfo@aol.com with your first and last name and you'll get in for only $3! See ya there!

    Richie
