    Berklee ain't got frats!
Well, actually I've heard a rumor that they're starting a couple frats
there, but they didn't have any in '86 (unless you count "Delta 7 #11")
Anyway, I had some friends at MTSU who were in that frat, but my days at
    Berklee were refreshingly frat-free. :)

fyi...i just placed an order for the cd on mymusic.com (800.com doesn't have
a listing for it)...mymusic shows it as being in stock (although they're
displaying the updated majesty logo graphic for it...), but whether or not
they actually ship it to me is another matter entirely... ;op

    hey there,
not quite sure who's idea it was to attempt getting a raincheck at
Best Buy for LSFNY @ $17.99, but it didn't work. i tried on the way home
from work today, and they said that the only way that they could give me a
raincheck for anything was if it appeared in their newspaper circular.
so, for those of you that live in a part of the country that Best Buy
wasn't able to pull the add in time, you may have some luck in getting a
copy reserved with a raincheck so you can snag it for $17.99 when it's
re-released. however, over here in Pittsburgh, there is no such luck.
the album had already been pulled from the add before the paper came out
this past weekend. :) suck. guess i have to wait like everyone else...

Go to some smaller CD stores in your area and even check out the used CD
    shops.

I saw a few at Borders earlier this week. May want to check there if you
    have one local.

maybe Portnoy's still reading, and the whole album is
    about the ytsejam?

(wouldn't that be pathetic, if it were?)

I'm excited about the new studio album, however I'm
concerned about how they will fit in the new material
for the tour. On the first part of the last tour,
there was only 30 minutes left for older material(I
didn't get to see them on the second part). I would
like to see some older songs played, along with new
ones. Are they going to play the title tune at 40
minutes? I will still go see them if they are close
enough to me, and will enjoy the show, and I'm not
    bitching. I'm just wondering aloud.

Well, I'm sorry to hear you bought that album.

Not because it's not good music, because my good friend Kinchi who does the art work, has never received money from his work on Redemption or Fear Itself. AND Braindance added the color to Redemption without his approval.

I will not buy the CD for this main purpose.

I hope others will follow suit and protect the right of artists.....which is a sad thing since it's not like Braindance is a multi million dollar group.

    THANKS!

    Bruce
