No. I read it for about three months about four years ago before getting sick of crappy art and "Windows sucks, Linux rules" jokes.
Nick Yu's "The Bad Boys of Computer Science", Gabe/Tycho's "Penny Arcade" and Fred Gallagher's "Megatokyo" are all light-years ahead of User Friendly as far as tech jokes go. And the artwork is worlds better on all three.
