Let me guess, you used to, way back then, have a 'traditional' metal station in your market, but don't anymore. Yeah, us too. DT has played Indianapolis since the I&W days. Are non-Clear Channel promoters even around anymore, and if so, why are they gutless? How can metal (in its various flavors) go totally unserved in fairly large cities? I understand the lack of radio. I *don't* understand the lack of shows.

well, since i haven't seen this posted here yet, here it is: audiogalaxy
has bit the dust. the RIAA has finally gotten their way, and the sites'
peer-to-peer mp3 sharing is no more. that is, unless they get the express
permission from the artist, the publishers, & the label to make specific
works public domain. which basically means it's over. granted, they're
still leaving their site & search engine up. you just can't download
anything. it's ALL blocked. you can still post on the message boards,
but who the fuck signs up for a file-share utility for that??

well, now that i've gotten my audiogalaxy rant off my chest, what are some other mp3 free-share programs that seem to be comparable to the joy that was AG?? any suggestions??

Hey all! There is a probability that I will be able to make it to one of the London shows (Sunday). But I am debating whether to buy tickets because it is still uncertain. On the other hand, I am afraid that the show might sell out. Does anyone have an idea of the size of the venue and the possibility of the show selling out?
Thanks, Elisa

The shows are at a slightly smaller venue than they'd normally play, since they're playing two nights, so I expect the shows to sell out. Buy tickets now, and you should be able to sell them on without difficulty if you find you won't need them.

Hi, If you are lost because winmx closed, try edonkey2000 it's a little bit more complicated but once understood it's a powerful file sharing engine. I you will find some tutorials on the net to use this easily http://www.edonkey2000.com

The owner of that website, Phillip Kaplan, used to actually be on the Jam back in 98 or so, he used to talk about this website he opened up, then it became huge.
