Jammers,
Just put in some CDs into my 100 disc CD player to work out to. I like
working out to the heavy stuff (Dream Theater, Angra, Pain of Salvation,
Metallica, Ayreon, etc).
Anyway, I highly recommend Angra's latest "Rebirth" and Threshold's last one,
"Hypothetical". Good name for the Angra album, since the only remaining
members are guitarists Kiko Loureiro and Rafael Bittencourt. Andre Matos,
their former singer, had a great voice. But I think the new guy, Edu
Falaschi, has an even better voice. Andre sang falsetto a lot, which kind of
got to me after a while. As far as Threshold goes, I think this is an even
better album than "Clone". Some great playing on this one, very melodic.
And lead singer Mac has a very powerful voice.
Check them out, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
