Somebody was pulling a con job while impersonating Mike Portnoy. Part of the
scam involved picking up other guys. Hence the comment about federal
pound-you-in-the-ass prison.

Maybe the guy who said it was French, and the dude from Svatage was just
quoting him. Those damn French. Stealing our money. Stealing our men. We
need to bomb the hell out of them. :-)

I think it stems from the I&W (or maybe it was Awake) liner notes that said thanks to Fatez Warning, a purposely made typo for their misspelling DT as Theatre. Maybe there is a similar joke with Savataj or something...

i'm pretty sure i saw this pic a year or so ago. it was labeled as a mug shot
of mp after he got arrested for some sort of civil disobedience.
i think the story said he was could writing graffiti somewhere. any way, it
was when he was younger (look at the booking date on the pic).

If you read the mp faq, he was arrested because he looked like someone else
they were after, and later released. Can't remember what the crime was.
