    Frameshift

    It is good.
As a whole it is different from the samples online, they seem to be real
jamming and such, but it becomes quite musical. I was not a fan of James on
Mullmuzzler singing.... James' voice is good on this, not as aggressive as
DT., not so weird like MMzzlr. I really still am getting my impressions of
it. Am not disappointed, but optimistic that I will enjoy it more. Well
written, well played, some great riffs and musical interludes do exist. Not
DT style, but you should not be looking for it anyway. As a James/DT fan, it
belongs in your collection, and supporting www.PROGROCKRECORDS.COM may allow
even more great prog music to enter our homes. I am not much of a 'vocal
critic' but since your request for a reply has gone unanswered, I thought I
would try to help. If you like prog, James and jammin........you will like
    it...........

Ok, for the third time, anyone got Frameshift yet? I don't wanna shell out

Ok, I got mine finally last week, but haven't had time to really digest it.
On the first few listens, it is very promising except for the sound is a
little thin in places, almost like listing to prog mixed in the 1980's.
James' voice is in great shape and the lyrics are interesting. Without
having listened to it a lot yet, I will say that it is a good, but not great
    disc.

Pull it off a file-sharing app. If you like it, buy it. If not, delete it.

Hehe, I've actually tried to do that but to no avail. Strange that it's too hard to find on a p2p network. Anyone successful grab it?

I got it!! I really like it. Very good vocals. Lots of
keyboard/electronic sounds, kinda hard to describe.
I've only listened to it once, gonna listen again today...
    Trevor
ps Got the Transatlantic 2CD/2DVD Box set. Very sweet. It's the same
    size/packaging as the
Flower Kings one so they will look good on the shelf next to each
    other.....
