    >Braille edition of Playboy... ;-)

Yeah, that was funny. But what's even funnier is that there really is/was a
braille version of Playboy. The other day, I was playing the new version of
Trivial Pursuit, and there was a question about braille Playboy. It was
apparently eligible for some sort of federal funding - only in America do we
    have federally funded braille pornography.

I think the whole blind vs. deaf debate is all a matter of what your
priorities are in life. I mean, the things I can only do by having the
sense of vision are certainly more important for me than the things I can
only do if I can hear. It's all a matter of putting things on a balance and
seeing what the end result would be. Oh, and Damon, when I said that I need
my vision to surf, I meant practicing the sport of surfing, on waves in the
ocean. I wasn't referring to surfing the web. Sorry about that. Bye!

No, Graham. I wish. But when they do let you feel them up, it's beautiful.

They still have it, but it is only the articles. Imagine that. All the time guys say they read Playboy for the articles and the blind are forced to and we don't get the centerfolds. What a shame. OH. well, OK. You got me there. I tried body boarding once and actually caught a wave or two. I should try that again, it was kind of cool. Alright, Ive been on the jam since 98 or so (in perpetual lurk) and Ive heard about Opeth copious amounts of times but never checked them out, although they sounded cool. Last night this kid I never talk to calls me to say he just found this random band I *have* to hear. I asked what they sounded like and he said "Dream Theater up a notch, theyre called Opeth." So now Im even more curious and will be going to the record store as soon as I get up tomorrow. By the way, going back a while, all those people who were badmouthing the jam scene and Phish and whatnot, did anyone who said theyd try out a few songs ever post anything about it? Just wondering, right now my CD player has Dream Theater, Phish, Blind Boys of Alabama, Paul Oakenfold, and Jeff Beck. Take care all. JJ
