Never saw Spawn, but "Dark City" was wonderful, imho. It's a sci-fi
film-noir with beautiful cinematography and good tension in the plot.
The premise is very strange, hence the 'noir', but I really enjoyed it.
I've seen it a couple times now and I caught quite a few things that I
missed the first time through. It's one of the best 'non-standard'
sci-fi movies of the 90s.
