Hi,
I just wondered if anyone going to either the DT/QR or the
Opeth/Porcupine Tree show in San Francisco during the next couple of
weeks have a spare seat in their car?
If so, please send me an email!
Thanks,
Oddvar

If anyone is interested on a little concert review of last night's Montreal Porcupine Tree / Opeth show, check it out in the random thoughts section of my website. www.angelfire.com/music5/sandman if there is a mad rush of people checking it out, you may get a bandwidth exceeded error. In that case try again after :)

Temporary replacement. I heard somewhere that Zonder and Portnoy aren't the best of friends, so perhaps this had something to do with Mark's decision to avoid the tour this summer. Of course, I could be and probably am talking out of my arse here.

A genuinely funny parody! The similarity to the real "St. Anger" is uncanny. Thanks for the link.

No, on the APSoG vhs, there is Mark, Jim, Ray, Joey and some dude on keys. No keys, and two guitars... get's me thinking, does this mean we'll get an even heavier Fates Warning album next? Oh, lordy, sweet lordy. Or Jimmy.

Hey all, long time a post here, and even then not my stuff really. Listen all! (and sorry if it looks weird or something, haven't configured this account really...)
----
Skadz and anyone else, this is Augie from years back! For whatever reason any time I have tried posting it doesn't go through, so I have to relay a message through someone else to get it across.
Anyway, I wanted to know if there was any interest from people on the jam or if you had friends that would be interested in doing a ROTO STYLED FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE TOGETHER. All rules & draft date will be determined at a later date. I would be the commissioner of the league as I have plenty experience doing this. What I am looking for is a league of anywhere from 8 - 12 at this time to have a successful league. The league will cost some money to join. However, this money will be used for 1)have a host as a stat service 2) of course the pot of money paid out to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. My leagues tend to have 70% payout to the winners, 20% to 2nd, and 10% to third. When I talk it will cost money to join Im not saying much. Probably not much more than $50 and it could possibly be less depending on what anyone and everyone would want to do. Another reason why if you are planning on doing a football league you want to do with amongst us friends is when you do them at sites such as sportingnews, yahoo, espn, etc.. theypay out no more than 50%. Our payout after the fees associated with the stat service are near 100% because we are among friends. Obviously I am not out to make a buck I just want to be in a damn good fantasy league again. And where else is a better place to find than with my fellow prog & dt buds out there? take care guys and hope to hear from many of you!
I want to know if there is any interest early so I can make proper preperations for a league. If interested my name is Heath aka Augie and my email address is: Augster1@netzero.com
