Yeah, it was relatively lightly attended here, too. We talked to Devin
Townsend and Gene Hoglan backstage and we think it's due to a few
factors: the lack of a solid headliner (Samael are great, but they
don't have anything new out) and the fact that there are a LOT of tours
running across the States right now. I think it drew around 250 here,
maybe 300, and by far most of the audience was there for SYL. All three
bands were great, though. And, as ever, Devin T. was cool as shit. :)

Speaking of Type O touring, and the fact that the previously posted list wasn't complete, where could I go to check the full tour listing? I've never seen these guys live & would love to do so... and NYC SHOULD be a big enough market!

    Thanks in advance, Alex

Another thing that hurt 'em was the fact that SYL has already been through town 2-3 times this year. Three strikes against the tour. Good concert, still. At least most of the meatheads stayed home. That is, aside from the inevitable handful of idiots who decided during Samael's set, with more than half of the floor completely vacant of human life, to do their moshing, er, more like drunken-lurching-with-frequent-shoving, in what crowd there was. If I only had a stun gun...
