Speaking of Frameshift, I've heard a few samples and it sounds cool. Anyone gonna grab it? I think I just might, as to add to the already incredible month ahead (that is, DT album, seeing Spock's Beard, King Crimson, Symphony X, Devin Townsend and Arena)...

In a mind-blowing e-mail sent on the extremely historic date of 10/22/03 11:24 AM, Andrew Coutermarsh thusly spaketh:

Isn't it funny how easily people get fooled into believing bogus info? If only they'd visit MP's website, or if they insisted on getting the official word in print, subscribing to the fan club....which is actually worth it just for annual CD alone...

I have Ultima Ratio; that was why I was like "Wait a minute ... this sounds like Superior. Are you SURE this is DT?" UR kicks ass BTW, for whoever doesn't have it.

Yeah, I think they did. One of the "As I Am"s was obviously from a JLB side-project, as well as a couple others.

Dude, I don't think you went off on me at all. I jumped the gun too quickly and thought you must have been wrong. You were pretty cool about it, I think. Once again, sorry about that.

Well, if nothing else, I succeeded in getting the jam all worked up, right? :)

Appparently, there are still people out there spreading these songs around. But you know what? If their goal is to rip off DT, then f*ck 'em. This whole thing started when I said it would be nice if DT would put a couple clips on their site like Balance of Power is doing. Heh...

Yeah it's good to get some traffic flowing again around here. We'll all have the real CDs soon anyway, so trying to get a copy in advance at this point is pretty useless. On release day, this subject will be dead anyway.

Tupac?!?!?!?! Hot?!?!!? New?!?! Try cold and dead. Why won't he die already!?!?! Sorry, had to rant. I'd also like to rant about people who say "rant and rave" when they really just mean "rant". "Rave" is for good things like "rave reviews".

Ok, my impatient friend searched for leaks of tracks from ToT and found fakes, that's for sure. Then he found a guy who said "here's a real version, but it's a radio edit. aired this morning on net radio". He emailed it to me, which makes me impatient too, I guess... but the point is, how are their actual non-fake (radio edit or not) leaks of the album if the boys are keeping it under raps as much as possible?
