I was going to post that "Voices" to me is one of the
best compositionally arranged tracks on the album...along
with "Scarred" and "Eroto."....The way the song changes
moods or feels so smoothly is definitely a big factor in
this.....esp. the intro., the chorus (or hook or whatever),
and the "maybe I'm just Cassandra...."
The way the same theme ("love just don't stare" and
"she/he used to say to me...Sun. morning") comes up in the
            song is just excellent....

anyway, that's MHO, and I'm sure someone will reply
to this noting something wrong that I said..... :)

                                            LAter,

Whats the starting date????? That pisses me off!!!!! These
two bands BETTER come by the NYC area again together or else
I'll have to do something drastic...maybe bomb something

I have only heard one song by IME, and it's called "Not Quite
Sonic" (I'm pretty sure that's them)....from what I hear from
the song, I wouldn't call them progressive - I guess they are
more along the vein of a Stabbing Westward (if you've heard of
            them) or something.

Then again, this is only from hearing one song, so
I could be wrong. (I've learned to always throw in a disclaimer)

Yeah, and another thing - if ANYONE is out there with a video
copy of Dance of Eternity - the Limelight show on March 4, 1993,
PLEASE E-mail me!!!!!! I really want that video, and due to

could (Mike's really a kewl guy, very dedicated to his work it

If , in the middle of the show, James says,

gonna do it tonight for you" and they break into

I know this album is abit harder than I&W, but I swear
that the show will really be ruined if they start
moshing around me again.....it's OK to a point, and
I tolerated it last time, but I just hope it doesn't
get too out of hand.....just don't feel like getting

I am a bit confused by the news that FW will be opening for DT starting
in St. Louis and going for the rest of the tour. According to the FW
tour schedule (from Metal Blade), they are to be in Detroit on November
12, however, Dream Theater is NOT scheduled for Detroit on November 12.
Does anyone have a definitive answer?
    Thanks,

Also, There are 6 people who have contacted me about getting together

Well... we have officially less than 12 hours until DT takes the
stage in Providence... As a last warning/notice to those of you who
are going to be there, we are getting together before the show... We
will be meeting vetween 5:00 and 5:30 outside of the Strand and
deciding what to do from there....

Oh, to those of you lucky enough to be on a part of the tour w/ FW, at
least we see them both seperate first... :)

(BTW, any odds on the chance of them playing A Change Of Seasons for
the tour? Maybe they'll do it for their old school in Boston (I think
I'll die if they do both ACOS and SDV...:))

Anxiously counting down the hours until Providence!!!!

But their words aren't written down on the jacket. And furthermore I can't really catch what they say.

I just called the club to find out if Dream Theater has been added to the bill as a co-headliner, but they had no idea what I was talking about. Help! C-man?

I bought 2 copies of LaTM...One from Japan and one from England(I think) The differences that I noticed were:

The Japan Edition had the a piece of paper in it that had the lyrics on one side and Japanese writing on the other- I think it was a CREDITS page, which, by the way, mentioned Qrych, Rush, Yes, and others-maybe as influences. *Whew, that was a long sentence* Also the Japanese version had one song different than the other. England has Surrounded and Japan has Another Day.

well, here is the next part of the voices tab, remember each dash represents one 32nd note. if you missed the first part, email me and i will send it to you. i will also be uploading each new addition to ftp.netcom.com /pub/drkhoe/dt/tabs/voices_tab.txt they should be available within a day after i upload them. i am not so sure about some of the keyboard parts, i am not a keyboard player, so be kind with your flames. if anyone can't understand guitar tab, and wants just the real sheet music, i might be able to enter it into a midi file or something, but that sounds like a lot of work :)

well, here is the second part:
