    this..oh well no one's perfect....

Sorry about the non-DT content but I though someone on her would give
    me some info.
I want to know how to subscribe to the usenet newsgroups? like the
DT and Rush ones in particular, but anyway....right now i have to gopher
to read any of them and it takes forever to get there(by my route).
SO could someone e-mail me the way to subscribe or the quickest way to
access the group. Thanks in advance!

    Hi All,

Well I am quite embarassed at having written Nuclear Assault instead of Napalm
Death. I guess that it was just all those bands that begin with N. I am
suprised that I didn't write Nirvana or something like that. But we all know
that James needs a Nirvana shirt like he needs a hole in the head (which
Cobain already has one of *grin*). Anyway just wanted to let everyone know
I am now aware of my mistake so no need correcting it anymore.

    Jason

Well, HBB finally got off of their asses and decided to have Mike and
James on HBB... They are in a commercial now, but Mike already
mentioned that there is a big on-line DT following, and even mentioned
all of the cool stuff that we do, including "trading bootlegs and
stuff..." Mike certainly seems to be into the boot thing... no
problems with him and boots... :)

It seems that the interview was done a while ago... probably the 1st
time that they were supposed to be on it...

I am taping (I hope... my VCR was acting up before when I set it to
tape something else) so I will be able to at least make audio copies
for any of you who missed it, especially anyone who is in New Haven
right now... (oh, so far, no stupid questions...

Mike is now saying something about htere being limits on the cassette
    length...

Stupid question alert... "are there any reasons why all of the songs
are so long" WHAT AN IDIOT!!!

Well, they are playing Lie now, and I need some sleep, so I'll finihs
watching for now, and probably post if they say anything important
    tomorrow...

I am currently watching/recording all Dream Theater related stuff on HeadBangersBall, while ignoring the rest of the crap...

Just thought you all might be interested to know that Mike and James are on and they talked about their IRC interview, but more importantly, here's a quote from Mike:

"For some reason, there's a big Dream Theater entourage in the whole computer thing, and they all trade bootlegs and tapes and just talk about different shows they're going to..."

then, of course, he is interrupted by our favorite man Riki (f*cking moron).

    But anyway...

    THAT'S US!!!!!!

I f*cking freaked! So wonderful to -finally- be recognized!

Could someone ask the guys in DT a question for us?

We need to know if DT and FW have any plans to come to Florida. It would be a shame if they completely avoid the Southeast, because they do have a large fan base here.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could ask the band if they have plans to tour Florida and then relay this info on ytsejam.

Thanks in advance, Paul Lapinski (INFERNO) plapin@unf6.cis.unf.edu

Sorry for the indirect DT reference here, but I would like to know if any ytsejam subscribers were previously (god help me) Prodigy members who posted on Chemical Youth or Metropolis. E-mail me privately if you don't want to clog the list.

Yes... Joey Vera is not opening anymore... Planet Hate is opening for FW.
