I found this company called CD CONNECTION out of Germany. They advertise
some rare DT boots for really low prices, and I was wondering if anyone
has either heard of or used these guys before...

    Some of their quotes:

            Dream Out Loud: $12.50
            Majestic Harmonies: same
            Caught In a Web: $15.00

    Curious is all!

    Hey all....

The server kinda broke this weekend. Someone did an upgrade
to ax.com, which broke the jam. I am pretty sure we lost some posts
too. If you sent something between the last jam and Sunday afternoon
and don't see it before my test post, it means it got lost and you
should resend it. Sorry for the problems.

Woo hoo! JP will be doing a clinic in Cleveland, well actually Akron, on April 24! I've already gotten tickets. I don't know if they will allow audio and/or video recording, but if they do, then I might. Man, I wish I had a Ytsejam shirt right now.

I was watching LiT the other day and I noticed that the lead JP plays in LtL while there recording isn't the same as on I&W. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

I also noticed that, no matter how many times I see it, I always laugh when I see the guy in the audience singing into a Coke can in the second chorus of PMU. hmmmmmmmmmmm....

I noticed that LaBrie always looks up to JP to see if what he said was correct.('We recorded at ... Bear Track Studios?' ) hmmmmmmm....

Hey yesterday I went to an Heroes del Silencio concert (no they're not prog) and besides the fact that it was awesome, the singer said something that I thought all of you might find interesting: (translated into english, of course) 'This song is about those people who waste their lives sitting on their couch watching that fucking MTV' that just made my day :) especially since half of the people there were that type of people (HdS are regulars on Latin MTV)

Well..uh...there was something else I wanted to say...hmmmmmmm...Oh Yeah! just read 'Anthem'... awsome book... everybody should check it out. The 'I' speech at the end gave me goose bumps... that's the first time a book does that to me...

I just played Ninja Gaiden II.. it's too damn easy... I wanna play the first one again, but I don't have it:( "What the...." :)

DT should write music for a video game....

I have nothing better to do, and I want to push the Jam through, so....

I'll tell you about my new CD's.

    They are:

Joe Satriani: Flying in a Blue Dream

    Fates Warning: Awaken the Guardian

    Rush: Permanent Waves Yes: Fragile

    They all kick ass.

Cool. I'm Todd from @metrobb.com posting double spaced.

I want to get the Jam going again I hope this works.

    It better. Dammit.

    Enough of that.

Bar mitzvah's are the greatest parties. My mom saw me when I came out...my shirt was half open (yes I had a t-shirt on under that) and my hair was messed up. She thought that was crazy. Good thing she didn't see me with the indian feathered head dress and my tie tied around my head. She would have fainted. I like parties.

So..you think this is long enough to push the Jam through?

    How about this?

    Or this?

Well, I guess there's only one way to find out.

    Buhbye.

    YNMF!!!!!! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) Favorite Song(s) of the Week: Last five tracks on Flying in a Blue Dream

Well after getting kicked off of IRC, I thought I would post... basically so Skadz could figure out if this is working.

    Yo Homies!

I was expecting Antiquities (#98) in the mail. I got a credit card bill instead. :(

They increased my credit limit so I wasn't maxed out anymore. :)

The VERY first thing I did was order the John Petrucci instructional video. The next thing I did was get the Majesty logo tattooed on my arm! :) YKYADTFW.... heheheh... I am now an official Ytse-Dork.

I spent entirely too much money already. And to top it all off, I had to buy much needed computer stuff at Best Buy, and when Elliott goes to Best Buy, he never leaves without new CDs. ;) So now I'm dialing in to my account at 28.8 instead of 2400. Now I'm printing in color too.

Oh yeah, the new CDs. Rush - Hemispheres, and Galactic Cowboys - Space in Your Face.

    Rush - 'nuff said. :)

GC - it was $5, how could I go wrong? ;) Anyway, yeah, these guys are pretty talented, and funny too. I had first heard the album a while ago, but wasn't too impressed. But I keep hearing so much talk about GC on the Jam and on #ytsejam, that decided, hey, it was $5, so what the fuck... I wasn't blown away, but it's definitely not getting sold to the used-CD store.

Shee-it.. That's enough rambling for now. Catch ya later.

    Hey all ....

Just finishing up a REAL cool weekend (Well, its actually a 3day here in Boston, but anyways). So lets see.....

    Saturday....

Got my copy of AQ!!! Awesome CD (as usual) Thanks go out to Mr Bahr for another fine piece of work. I am starting to get real worried by the fact that I have like 20+ Dream Theater CDs and they only have 4 Official CDs. I don't count LATM cuz there wasn't a US release. (BTW, if anyone knows of anywhere that has a copy of the Japaneese ver of LATM, could they please mail me, its one that I am actually missing :)

Saturday night I went to see Front Line Assembly with all my Industrial friends. Great show. Die Krupps opened, but they didn't do any of their Metallica covers, so they weren't that great.

Tonight was Satch. Two words. Fuckin Amazing! Satch himself was good, not incredible but very good. Jonathan Mover... damn that boy can drum. I am still trying to figure out where he hides his third and fourth legs to play double bass like that. Stu Hamm was also incredible with a great solo. Overall it was an amazing show. The cool part was that they just looked like they were up there having a fun time which is always great to see in a band. Oh yeah, when did the singer from Live and Satch become the same person??? Satch with his new haircut looks just like him :)

Overall it was a very cool weekend, now I just have to spend all day tommorrow catching up on the work I was supposed to do all weekend :)

    Later Skadz

Jammers: this is a note that I forwarded from my mailbox. The first part is written by the infamous "Mindcrimer" who loves to tear DT apart and he is really bashing 6:00. Then I went on to mention how the ytsejam is above tearing other bands apart, and I guess I insulted someone because a guy by the name of Mike Zweigbaum mirror@icu.com who writes back putting down the ytsejam that he knows knothing about. I was just wandering if anyone else has seen this crap...TAKE CARE....DUSTY

This bashing doesn't go on on the ytsejam mailing list. They have no need to spend all their time cutting down other bands.....Dusty
