So, today was a fucking cool day. It started off with finding out I
got a ticket for the KISS shoow at Tiger Stadium on June 29. I'm not
sure exactly how far back we are, but according to my friend that got
the ticket for me (I live in San Francisco, so me getting the tick
would be tough) said we're probably in the first 50 rows. This is a
really big deal for me because the first concert I ever went to was
KISS at Anaheim Stadium in 8/76, so this is like a 20th anniversary
    show for me.
Then I get an email from a friend in the L.A. that he's getting me
a ticket for the KROQ Weenie Roast on 6/15. This will be a tune-up type
gig for the recently reunited KISS, plus Red Hot Chili Peppers are
    there too.
Then to top it all off, tickets go on sale Sunday for Tori Amos in
San Jose in July and Wed I leave for my trip to Europe. First stop
Amsterdam. Can you say Hash Bar? I knew you could.
That brings up the post about Dutch jammers. There is a guy in
Holland on the Jam named Marcel. Anyone remember him? he's making the
Carpe Diem CD. Hopefully he's still planning on making them because
    he's got my money!

I was just wondering if anyone is interested in me posting how many
posts have come from jammers in Florida. Then I would review posts from
Georgia, Colorado, New York, North Dakota, and the other 50 states.
Included also would be the stats for people who got the second to last
post on a jam, the third to last, etc. What does everybody think?

Just trying to keep up with the current trend of the Jam. (hee hee)

If you haven't already, go out and buy Stressfest, Steve Morse's
lates effort on High Street (Windam Hill). It TOTALLY smokes, in
every aspect. Just when you think he can't hurdle the plateau of
his last album, he DOES it!! It is definetely a harder record,
probably as a result of hanging out with Deep Purple, but does
retain that ultimate Steve Morse sound of approval. His chops are
tighter than ever, and the guitar synth work on the album is
spectacular!! Moral of post? GO CHECK IT OUT!!

..I'm watching MTV last night (ytse-sin), and their airing some RHCP
(Red Hot Pschilley Peppers--that's how you spell it, right?) backstage
concert thing. So I'm like tuning in and out, and there was this part
where they were showing the fans and the vendors and stuff, and standing
on line for a hot dog is none other than Mike Portnoy. Now, they weren't
showing him as if he were like, some sort of quasi-superstar, since no one
on MTV knows who he is (ballsandchunk-right Ben?), but instead, he was just
like some regular, long-haired freaky dude (which I am no longer). Anyway,
I thought my eyes were deceiving me until I remembered a time, my frail
virgin mind, watched the Lit video, and MP made the reference to the "real
RHCP Graffiti" like he was their biggest fan.
So, can anyone confirm or deny t?

I was at a bootleg stall the other day, and they had four of those promo
ACOS CDs for #8.95 ukp each . . . but the "Promotional Use Only" message
ruined the covers, so I didn't buy them :-)

Hey, Andy. You say you got two analog synths you aren't using much. Care to
unload them on somebody who could make great use of them? Email me and tell
me what synths you have. I really have to know. And if you aren't using them

I just have to say what happened when I was out with my friend. We went
out to dinner and when we left the restaurant and got into her car she said
"look, that car has one of those yellow things that says 'Don't honk, I'm
listening to Rush.'" I was like, "cool, I wonder where they got it,"
assuming Rush meant, well, you know who. When we left the parking lot we
drove past the car and saw that there was another word, in smaller letters,
under "Rush." It was "Limbaugh." I took back what I said.

I'm moving to the NYC area (preferably Westchester County) next month,
possibly as early as the 20th. Anyone need or know anyone who needs a
roommate for the summer? If you do, PLEASE mail me, I need a place to
    live!

Saywhat!? You know, it's like I'm not proud of my music, or something.
I was giving this girl a ride some time back, and I had Mastermind II
playing. I was commenting that it was cool music, and she was looking
at me funny. Getting uncomfortable, I turned it down. I was thinking
to myself 'what the hell *am* I listening to?'. After I dropped her off
and got back on the highway, I cranked it back up again and felt totally
into it. It was like I was hearing it through her ears, or something,
and I thought it sounded like crap! Well, I guess you had to be there,
    it was just... weird.

    Okay,

What is it? W hen D ream A nd T oday U nite? or W hen D ream A nd T ime U nite? I'm confuzed! And where can I order a copy? Does Mike Bahr read this? Questions, questions questions.

As for (B)Itchy: Hey, dood from 'Rotjeknor' (<--This is Dutch 'Slang') = ... Have you really taken the time to sort all ytsejamz out to compile this = top- ten Dutch Ytsemailers? I think that's great. Here's my third post, so = I'm climbing in tha list, huh? Thx anyw. f/ the expl. abt. ths abbrev. I'll = use thm also in my nxt pst. (This IS silly!)

Oh yeah, there is this discussion about keyboards and stuff. Throw away your Korg's your Casio's and your whatever's. Try this: The YAMAHA = PSR-150 which is the absomuthafknlutely greatest keyboard of 'em all. Absolutely = NO volume sliding, static samples and well .... -20- demosongs and also (I haven't seen features like this anywhere else) ..... -20- JAM tracks = .. hahaha you can actually 'jam' with this thing. I bet Derek makes use of this = baby!

Gotta get a copy of Tori's latest album, tho. A lot of you guys seem to = like her very much.

To Kevin: You should go to the record store and buy TO. (How 'bout that, = Itchy?) It's a great album, and definetely one of their strongest ones. (Oh yeh, = I'm referring to Overkill here!)

And for something completely different: You CAN visit my webpage (see = footnote for the URL), but it's gonna take a month or so before it's = completely finished. The dl's and links aren't ready yet. But the main page is = there. And it's all about our fave band DT. So don't hesitate to pay it a visit. (End of = commercial break)

btw, is there a title yet for DT's new album? Or is it too early for = that?

gotta go: oh yeah, thx Skadz for the dreamt.org account. I'm sure I'm a = very cool person now, ehhehehehe!

    seeeeya!
