know where my cd's are, considering you cashed my checks
quickly enough. you fuck me over, and ALOT of people will not
      buy your matierials.

      Scott Cook, you wrote :

If you were stupid enough to buy one of Tim Lodge's overly
priced CD's and you got taken, then that's your problem.
Don't bring the rest of us into it.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First of all : Thank you very much for that ! Now I know that I'm stupid!

But perhaps you can tell us what to do, or you can send us the paid
    CD's, OK, do it!
If you can't, give us the chance to warn other people or to wake up Mr.
                                                       TIM LODGE !
I'm waiting for a word from TIM LODGE since a few weeks, after sending
him the money for the CD! The registration number is ..........

Not to mention the other US Jammers, they send tons of mails, but not
the stuff we're waiting for since a few month! What do they think they are ?
They all have the time to send long explanations to the Jam(mers), to tell
us how busy they are ( :-w ), but they can't finish a (three) tape deal since
early June ? ( A Jammer is waiting since February to get the tapes from
an other very well known Jammer ....... ) Where's the problem ?

What about the fifteen years old schoolboy from outside the US ? After
saving his money two or three month to buy a very special DT CD, he'll get
nothing in return ? FAIRPLAY in the US ONLY ?

Also don't forget how many Jammers are waiting for their paid copies of
the CARPE DIEM CD's ! They all send money, but long explanations are
the ONLY result. ( Of course he send out a few CD's, but since a few month .. )

    Where's all the money, we've send ? I've send ( paid ) more than 150 Dollar
for copies of CD's, tapes and postage, but got only the mentioned explanations
and nothing else ! So if they're busy, what are they doing ?

It seems that it is very easy to earn a lot of money or to collect tapes with
    the
friendly help of the stupid DT fans ! (NOT personal to one of you!)

A year ago a Jammer mentioned it is time to call the YIA to investigate ...
because I see something weird going on here ......

Scott, pardon me for jumping in, but if you've more information, why didn't
you tell us all before ? Welcome to the nightmare of
    reality!

    Well, that's it for now,

    regards

Hello everyone, it's BABS! (I really gotta get a new line, don't I?) Just
wanted to say that I'm glad that I am not the only 'jammer who is not keen
on flying (I haven't flown much and am a total basket case when traveling -
don't believe ask a few other 'jammers to testify to this...) Let me tell
you I took my first official flight across the country all by myself about
a month ago and I'm (fill in the blank) years old :) If I can do it
without it being a major catastrophe anyone can do it!

Here's what I strongly suggest - WEAR YOUR YTSEJAM SHIRT! That way you are
easily identified and some 'jammer will take pity on you and help you find
your way - that's what I'm hoping for when I head down to the convention :)

Forgot to add that Carlos, John & Al Dimeola(sp?) made an interesting trio

Also add to the list Eric Gales & band.

Also: opinions on the new Eric Johnson? I've just heard a bit on the

Hey, Matt. Big thumbs up on the .au files. I wasn't expecting *WHOLE* tracks.
You are the man. Any ideas who did the original sampling? I had some problems
with tfe02.au, but hey, it's the one on the radio anyway, so no big loss.

Folks, if you haven't gone to get these things yet and you're even just a
little bit of a Rush fan, then what are you waiting for? My early favorites
are Time & Motion and Driven. Both of 'em are solid rockers. When I put T&M
on, my roommate thought I'd snuck in a DT song. He commented that the bass,
drums, and keyboards sounded like something off of Awake but that the guitar
    was definitely Alex.

looks like you were at the Kiss the Stone webpage. anyways i have a boot
called "Rockin Japan'" and its basically disc 1 of Mind Control. and yes,
its worth getting... in fact, i'll probably still get the two disc set
(either wake up! or mind control) nonetheless just cuz i want the rest of
the songs and its a damned good show. =)

The Floyd tribute album is a remake of "Dark Side of the Moon"
with the various Magna Carta bands contributing different songs from
that album. I feel it's the weakest of the Magna Carta tribute albums.
The songs are generally well done, but they aren't much different from
the originals so I find myself wishing I was listening to the real
    thing.
I would recommend the Yes tribute, Jethro Tull tribute and
Genesis tributes as being much better -- they're worth listening to
even if you don't know the songs.
You can get all of the Magna Carta CDs online via the WWW
at http://cdnow.com. Go to that site and then look up the Magna
Carta label and it will list all the Magna Carta CDs they have.

I have LoS and DOL and would recommend them to any prospective buyer. The sound quality and song selection is superb, better than most boots that I've heard. I paid around $40 bucks more or less for each and wouldn't hesitate to spend that again, IMHO. :)

Dream Out Loud: NONONONONONONO! The recording is slow. Sounds like if James was singing as the $6,000,000 man. If you want it, I'll sell you mine for $15.

Lords of Sound - Don't have

Mind Control: YESYESYESYESYESYES! Superb quality taken from the Japanese PPV show 1/24/95. also has two extra songs from Holland 95 (or so it claims)

    1. Silent Man 2. Tears (both songs acoustic)

awwwwwww yeah, hook it up phat for the ones who helped set the sun friday. i don't know about you, but i kept thinking one thing- dream theater uncovered, part ii.

people have already said what happened, so i'll spare you the cheese. just know that from the wild koba point of view, it was a good ol time. i definitely got a kick watching jp with a peavey guitar and rig, and mr. porntoy on that cheesy little pearl kit.

and let's hear it for the little ol ladies of theirs who showed up!!! aww yeah.

so yeah, i had a blast chillin with the crew (the dig man, the syrinx, the ibanez guy, mojo, mirth, aaron, and many other people). anyone know if the guy who claimed he was "going to a special derek party whose location would stay private" ever show up??

speaking of derek, i got to speak and chill for a brief. really cool guy. and i might get hooked up too fat with lessons from him, which i think would be interesting. yeah, it wouldn't be like kevin giving lessons, but i'll still learn something really cool out of it, i imagine.

so two jammers are in love.........yippeee....now they will be in ytseblsss, maybe if really lucky, engage in cybersex, and revel in their own ytsejams!!!! yummm. but seriously, congrats, and whatnot.

anyone videotape the tori thing on abc (anna, airdance?). anyone see the new singles to "professional widow" and/or "hey jupiter"? anyone care?

so whatever...that's it. go fuck yourselves, and have a merry christmas!
