Yes it is true as the subject line states I can make you a copy of
Acoustic Dreams on CD. Now I say again that this is a COPY and it is not an
original from some secret stock pile. :^)
I have received permission from Mike to do this and my intent is not to
compete with him. I am doing this because I realize that there are a number
of Jammers that missed out on Acoustic Dreams and I would like to help.

Hey, guys! For all of you going to the Poughkeepsie show, The Chance is
definitely a cool little club. I've seen DT there twice (although neither of
them are on the master tour date list...) and both shows were great. Try to get
there early (like an hour or so before the doors are supposed to open) because
you can get a table on the balcony. This is a very cool thing. You can sit
back and relax and enjoy a beverage or two while you wait, and when they're
playing you're like right over top of them and you can see everything -- very
cool. Anyway, there you have it! Later!

    Brian

According to SchuBert: > >Hey, I'm from Holland and here we have a symphonic progressive rockband >called "The Gathering". I was wondering, are they as well-known in other >European countries or perhaps in the US as here in Holland? They are pretty >good, though. They have this female singer, who has a great voice, two >guitars, bass, drums and lots of keyboards (YES!). They brought out an album >called "Mandylion" about a year ago. Before that, they were more into >heavier metal (with male grunt, I believe). Their best-known songs are >Strange Machines, Leaves, Eleanor, all from ther latest album.

I've been following them since _Always..._ and they are one of my favorite bands. I wasn't that crazy about _Almost A Dance_, that nasally singer et al, but _Mandylion_ is great and I hope they keep the singer for the next album. They are on Century Media in the US so they are becoming more widely known.

Hey everybody! I just called a few places, and I got my tickets for Toad's on the 6th....12.50 each plus $1 for credit cards. I also spoke to somebody at the Chance, and those go on sale tomorrow (SAT) for $15, $17 credit cards. Has anybody else been able to determine the other shows? Once again, can anybody tell me how long it will take me to get to Paughkeepsie from NYC? How easy is it to get there by train or bus? Much thanks. Oh, yeah...Toad's # is (203)624-8623, and the Chance is (914)471-1966. See you at the shows! -Adam

Hi all! Friendly question here...does anyone know of a place on the web that has a list of "Do's" and "Don'ts" when swapping tapes with someone? A few months ago I had the privilege of trading with a wonderful 'jammer from Finland. I was unaware of details like "Don't Write On The J-Sleeve" and "Save Postage - Don't Mail Tape Cases." :) I know this now, but I also know that everyone doesn't have the same trading protocol (I don't think). Another question about trading etiquette...Is it appropriate behavior, if someone is sending you 5 or 6 tapes and you're only sending blanks, to wait for the other person's package to arrive before you ship? I don't know. If there is a page somewhere with trading rules, I would appreciate it if someone would post it so people (myself included) could check it out and maybe learn something.

Or do you just think we want to see you say what we're all thinking? Just wondering, because while I agreed with that post, it's just another piece of needless ytsespam... and that's whats bothering so many jammers... and you know better than that... blah blah blah.
