            Swordbearer is probably my least favorite of Glen Cook's
    books. You made an unlucky choice for starting out. A much better
    bet would be either "Tower of Fear" or "The Black Company" which
    are both wonderful.
            OK, I'll take this to email now. :-) So, I guess no one
    knows if any of the DT members are avid readers?
