Here's a question for any jammers in the know. Is savatage going to be playing
any LA area dates in this tour? I would kill to see an unplugged show!!! I'm a
few jams behind so this may have already been discussed.

ps. Are there any recordings of the unplugged show in existence hint, hint.

fame this year. The National Midnight Star is looking to have 250,000
entries. C'mon people lets do Rush A favor and vote for an awsome
Band that Truly deserves our Thanks.

Message-ID: <007501bde661$2911f1e0$925aaed2@toshiba-user>
Hello, there. I wanna ask a question to jammers who attended a
Paris show on the 25th of June.
Luckily, I got one tape recorded "Once in a LIVEtime"CD from my
e-mail friend so as to write its review for his Unofficial Japanese DT
webpages. I have listened to it twice. And I wondered HY on it might
be taken from a Rotterdam fan club gig, not from that Paris show...
Because HY on it is including a sax. As far as I remember, DT played
HY with a guest sax player in Rotterdam for sure. But I don't think
they played this tune with him in Paris... I was really dying while
seeing a Paris gig because there was packed with a bunch of people
inside. I was too tired(at that time)to remember a Paris show so
much.
If anyone remember a Paris show, please tell me if they played HY
including a sax in Paris or not. And If yes, does anybody know why
they recorded HY Rotterdam show version for this live album?
Peace,
Hitomi

Don't feel stupid at all! I just recently found out myself (and I'm
VERY glad I did).
MP3's are high-quality compressed soundfiles. The quality is FAR
superior to RA's (RealAudio), but the files are much smaller than Wave
(.wav) files (like 1/12th the size or something like that....).
Simply put, these are the BEST way to sample bands off the 'net!

Hello, I have a question for Spock's Beard fans. I recently bought the Japanese version of "The kindest of strangers" with "Into the light" featured as a bonus track. The song is really different from other 7 tracks; it reminds me of old Deep Purple. Is it from 1997 sessions or was it recorded earlier?
And another question: how's "Beware of Darkness" compared to "The kindest of strangers"?
Sorry for NDTC.
I'll appreciate if someone could answer.
Take care, Volodya. NP - Stratovarius "Destiny"

Well, the British gun control laws are even stricter than the British Board of Film Classification. No hypocrisy there: harsh (arguably), but consistent. :-)

This is exactly correct.
Oh, and while I'm here, I may as well throw an album review at you . . .
Bruce Dickinson - Chemical Wedding ----------------------------------
I can't be arsed typing out a lengthy review; I'll jst say that it's heavy, it's good, and it's probably the best album he's ever appeared on.
The artwork is cool too.
