it could be a good start.

Your the only one with a closed mind. Rather than try to engage in
a logical argument you simply sit back and laugh.
I don't know why I even bother replying to your post.

There is a difference between sexual preferences and wanting to be a woman
when you're not. Masterbation and a dog humping a person's leg has nothing
to do with it. I guess you might say a bi-sexual is only midly disabled, or maybe
    just curious.

Would you call a person who thinks he is a vampire and goes around
drinking people's blood and person with a preference or a person with
    a disorder?

Religion does try to keep up with modern times generally.Whether it
succeeds or not is beside the point Everytime someone converts
to a particular faith it is up to them to decide what they want to believe.

    damn you all!
I haven`t checked my mail since Friday cause I wasn`t home... and now i
press the damn "sync all" button and get like 10 jams... damn it, you`re not
wasting your time! yea, 4 more till digest 5000, i know!
Anyhow... i was at this concert at Friday. Well, i highly doubt that any of
you (besides Cyberduke) have ever heard of this guitarist from Macedonia
named Vlatko Stefanovski. Well, he was a guest at the show of Gibonni - and
he is like one of the best singers and writers here in Croatia... it`s
nowhere near prog but i really like him. So, Vlatko played guitar on
Gibonni`s last album... AND Vlatko was voted for the best guitarist in pop
music by Guitar Player magazine. The guy is absolutely fucking amazing! Even
though he didn`t had to much place for solo acts within the songs, he played
some killer intros... i bought his latest Cd at the show and got it signed.
There aren`t any too progressive songs on the album but i think that some of
you jammers might like it... Vlatko uses alot of scales and elements from
macedonian folk music. He is definately the best guitarist in eastern
europe... Anyhow, for the first time in my life i tried to tape the show...
and it turned out very well.
So, if anyone is interested to hear some nice shredding by Vlatko, let me
know and i`ll make you an mp3...
This summer is going on pretty well... last weekend i saw Mike Oldfield, at
friday i saw these two guys, next weekend i`ll see Vlatko again with his
trio and Whitesnake... hey, didn`t Steve Vai play in Whitesnake for some
    time?

Word is, some of the band wanted to dive right back in after their European
'Break' tour and some of them had no interest in doing so. They haven't
broken up, but they ARE in an extended holding-pattern. Which might as well
    be broken up. Who knows?

BTW, you can now get Paul Craddick's solo effort (which still features all
of Enchant) on InsideOut now, so all the internet import places are probably
    carrying it.

    Lastly, Enchant's 'Break' RULES.

That is the only version. The first 4 tracks are Wounded-era
tracks that didn't make it onto "Wounded" and the final 3 are really old
tracks from when they had a different bassist and singer. Ted Leonard and
Ed re-did the tracks for the release.

According to Paul Craddick, the band is looking to start writing
the follow-up to "Break" later in the year. If you want some good Enchant
stuff to hold you off until then, pick up Paul's solo project - called
"Xen" - which is now on InsideOut Records in Europe. It features all of
the other Enchantiles (Ted, Doug, and even Benigmus) on the project.
Personally, I consider it Break's sister album - it's less serious and not
    as dark as Break is.

      Hello List,

Can anyone tell me about this band? I have been listening to some soundclips off of the "Invictus" album and I really like it. Epic, melodic, speed metal. Do they have a website? Do they have any other albums besides the one I mentioned and are those other albums any good?

      Thanks for any info.

Though it doesn't seem to be working right now, Virgin Steele's official
    website is

    http://www2.crosswinds.net/new-york/~invictus/

Invictus is a really good disc, but beware some of the older VS albums.
These guys have been around for a long time, since the 80's, and their old
stuff is NOT good, IMO. Go with Invictus, and maybe the Marriage Between
Heaven and Hell pt. 1 and 2, but I wouldn't recommend anything older than
    that.

I go with the guy who says how the have progressed. An unamed person said
Bob Rock ruined metallica. I thought this for a long time. But then I
heard the demos to the "album with no name or title, or PRODUCER", and
they sounded the same. Bob just tweaked their sound, whcih honestly, the
Black album is the best when it comes to putting music to tape. Now they
have a more raw type of sound. They did grow their hair back long, so all
    those worries can stop it.

Well, I don't know. They had a show here on 3rd June, and it was the second
best show of my life. (The first was DT's show 16th June, 1998).

They had long hair then, but not the length of the hair was that counted.
They did not play even one crap-song from the Load-Reload albums. Just the
    heavy stuffs.

They played songs from Master (Battery), Ride (Fight Fire with Fire,
Creeping Death, Ride), and they did not forget to play One. In addition
they played a lot from the Black album. So they were incredible.
Two bands played before them. Two 'trademarks'. The first that kicked some
asses before Metallica was Merciful Fate, the other that sucked some cocks
    was Monster Magnet (Bleah.)
