    That=B4s true. I was there myself. :)

    I wouldn=B4t be so sure about that soundboard thing. I got that boot from= my friend who recorded that with DAT-recorder (sorry, but i don=B4t remember= what kind of mics he used). He also recorded those Tavastia Club =B495 and House= Of Culture =B498-shows.

    >Yes it's that good. >Unfortuneatly the first 3 mins of the recording, the sound is only >from the right hand side. That aside the boot is perfect.

    That=B4s true also and that=B4s (probably) because mic=B4s=20plug wasn=B4t= properly in if my memory serves me correctly.

    >Does anyone have a copy of this show that dosen't have the glitch >during the first few minutes =3F

    I know there is one other copy floating around, but that=B4s really bad sou= nding (from what=20i=B4ve heard, i don=B4t have it), distortions etc.

    Re: Edge/Lo Pro Edge The big complaint with the nail polish trick is that it wears away quickly. To the gentleman who posted that response on the Lo-Pro question... this is a lame question... if it seems to last a really long time for you, what brand of clear nail polish are you using? I might try that again. As I began writing this, I thought of using clear coat scratch fixer (car touch up paint). I am testing this now, to see if it lasts.

    I have tried the "burn the washers" trick, but that's not always successful, and sometimes actually makes things worse. One that I've come up with is to use teflon tape (also called Plumber's Tape) which is a non adhesive (in the tape sense... it sticks the way Plastic Wrap sticks) roll of extremely thin material. It's probably the cheapest of the fixes, tape costing about $.50 a roll here. I do about 1.5 wraps around the groove in the bar, and then put the washers back on. Generally, this has solved all of the "bar knocking" sound problems for me. Pushing the bar back into the trem may require extra force, the first time... (don't go there) but that generally squishes things into place. I've been going several months on 2 Ibanez trems that I've had to do this with.... no problems so far, and I haven't had to reapply tape or add tape. The nail polish trick is easier... I just haven't made it last long.

    Well just to be picky, to the guy that said Mozart was only trained on piano and harpsichord, he also played a pretty mean violin and also had one especially made for him when he was a youngin'. But your point was well taken. And to that other guy, you need to play all those instruments because I wouldn't want to play with you just because of your attitude. Your gonna be pretty lonely dude. Just think of Jaco.

    OK, I think we've fried this guy more than enough now... And I think Mr. Testa is blowing up a bit excessively... If you stopped promoting yourself up the ass and just dropped it, it would've gone away sooner. You don't need to prove to us you're married or anything, or played with Yngwie, but in the future, use your discretion and not write stuff like "This list needs me" and "I am much more talented than you all" that is obviously going to get you flamed like hell. It is the reprint that was made now, not the original CDs. This reprint was made because a lot of people joined the DTIFC too late and were complaining that they can't get the CDs. Now they WILL get them and STILL they are complaining, because they don't get them NOW...

    I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, and hopefully it'll come soon. I think the best part of it will be that now that it's been so long, I've kinda forgotten about it. So when it DOES come in the mail, I will be pleasantly surprised.

    I hope this guy doesn't get kicked off, cuz this post was the funniest thing I've ever read. Just as a spoof this is hilarious, but even the possibility that he could be serious... hehe oh, damn. WUAHAHAHAAHA!

    Buy the Live in Tokyo video. I took the song off of the video - someone wanted to hear it. I might have even considered recording the entire live show (at least, the songs that are on the album), but I think that would kinda be wrong. One song is fine, but ripping the whole show would be like saying "Here, have a recording of this commercial video. You can't see the video, but the music is good anyway" :)

    I got mine at CDNow (but only because I had a coupon for it).

    Was just preparing to go out in a hurry, and I heard someone blasting loud music from local buildings around mine! "Hmm, that's pretty loud" I thought. Payed more attention to it and Lo and Behold, the music playing was some of the the rockiest part of SFAM. :)

    "Back on my feet again, ...."

    My skin hair electrified! "DAAAAAAAMN!"

    I went out on the balcony to see where the music was coming from. Dunno, the sound was bouncing off the walls of all buildings around and it was everywhere. Damn, ... I gotta go out and find this neghbour dude. :) But couldn't find out which building the sound was coming from. In these crazy moments counted in miliseconds I thought of getting my SFAM CD in the player and forward at the exact place thsi dude was playing it and play it together with him! LOL. Maybe he would have noticed it.

    Later my bro say to me: "A guy played some music similar like yours this afternoon!" Me: Yeah, I heard him, it was DTs lates album! I can'ty believe it!" Bro: "Ya know that drummer playuing drums in the afternoons in the building right to ours? He's the one!"

    Sniff, now that brings some nice memories. The album that introduced me to the jazz rock world. We had a jam band 5,6 years ago cruising in cafe bars, playing covers. They played sick improvisational jams of Spectrum and Red Baron. Later I heard Spectrum on radio, called the station to ask what is this music and was told about the mad boy Billy. The rest is history. :)
