I'm EXTREMELY happy to hear that Paraguay is reprisentin' on the Jam...I
personally have a lot of ties to the country having spent a lot of time in
and around Ca'aguazu (damn, I don't even remember if I spelled it right) as
well as Asuncion. Also, what's your mp3.com link? I didn't see it on your
    post!

Asking how to record/produce is like asking how to play a guitar. It's not
a method, it's an art. Before you go back into the studio, find a
producer/engineer who has been involved in a recording that has a guitar
tone you'll like. He'll (or she'll) know how to get that sound for your
band too. Just pay attention to what everybody does, and you'll be that
much better at it when you try it yourself later.

If you'd like to learn to make great recordings yourself, invest in a home
studio. They're cheep now. All you need is a multitrack (i'd recommend
going digital, any analog recorder that sounds good will cost more than you
want to spend) a mike and some decent monitors.
Record everything. Try everything. And you'll get better each time.

Just wanted to say I got this CD few days ago and it's very cool fusion
    stuff.
I would recommend it to anyone caring for fusion, jazz rock music.

Beef Cherokee - geez what a groove. :))))

    Hey Jens good job man.

Guys! I can't find the lyrics to "Raise the Knife" off'a the 1999 Christmas
CD! I think there's something I'm missing. If any'a you can find them, I'd
be grateful if you'd e-mail them ta' me. =)

Oh, and I found something most, if not all of you'll be intrested in, that I
pointed out on the DT message board not too long ago...just trust me. ;)

--do a seach under "Bix Biederbecke", and look at the tracklisting for the
disc "1928, Vol. 5", printed in 1995. Look at track seventeen.
.mind you, he never wrote a part one or two...unusual, huh? Just another
thing to make MP2 more confusing for us all.

    Hi everyone,

As an American living in German I miss seeing the tv shows that I like
when they actually start instead of something like 1-2 years later.
Anyway my new favorite is "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (don't laugh
*grin*) and the new season starts on September 26 in the USA on the WB
network. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to tape this
for me and ship it to me here in Germany? I would of course pay for
the tapes and the postage, that is no problem whatsoever. I just
wanted to know if someone out there watches it religiously and won't
miss an episode *grin*? If you don't like the idea of selling tapes
maybe we could work out some trades of CD-Rs (as if selling video
    tapes wasn't enough *grin*).

Hopefully someone can help me out with this, I would greatly
appreciate it and I would owe you a big favor.

    Jason

P.S. I know that the US video system is NTSC and here in Germany it
is PAL. I have a VCR that will play both so that is no problem (just
as long as you record in SP mode that is).

P.P.S. No I don't need you to record "Angel" for me, I am not _that_
close in mentality to a teenage girl *grin*!
