it would be a crack up though, i already have both CDs. BTW The Glass
Prision sounds so much like some of the stuff from WDADU. I tink that the
Great Debate sounds alot like Tool.

I dont know, TGP sounds to me like a cross between Pantera, Symphony X,
with some LTE thrown in, and some classic DT (the ending)...
The Great debate is definately inspired by tool, no question about that.

CD1 is great
CD2 is a Masterpiece. One long twisting, curving song
JM
(did I actually get an End-of-Jam?? Wow, haven't done that for years. I
come from an era where we used to actually keep up with stats on who got the
most end-of-jams...). Sigh

when u listen to Disappear and to Missundrestood or to just almost any other
song in the first cd, u can just feel the Ok Computer athmosire around u.
Has anyone alse notice that too?
It seems like thire really tried to recover the "elctrinic-but-intimet"
athmosfire that Radiohead had in those album, i personly dont think that DT
really have it on this one, but i like the way it sounds anyway.
Cheers,
My.

Yeah... I totally agree!!
I love TGD!! It's probably close to being my fave song on either cd at the
moment.
It is very Tool sounding.
Isn't it funny how on SFAM the beginning of Home sounded like the beginning
of Forty Six & 2
and now the chorus in The Great Debate sounds like the chorus in Forty Six &
2!!
Coincidence???? ;D
Paul.

Notice that the main TGP riff is a quote (or a blatant rip-off :) of Megadeth's "In My Darkest Hour", even though it really kicks ass.
Each time I show this song to my friends (that don't listen DT as much as me) I hear "WOW, awesome!" :) I sense that a lot of new fans will be converted as soon as they hear this song, specially Pantera/old Met/Megadeth ones..
The ending really reminds me of "The Crimson Sunset", doesn't it?

Hmmmm. I've seen the picture twice, but no, I haven't seen PJ featured. He had
to be a human in the settlement of Brie? Or was he a human sitting at the
council in Rivendell?
